Leena did my toes today and was amazing!!! IVY DOS THE BEST NAILS EVER ? You have an imagination Ivy will exceed it !!! Love going here and the nails last long. Also best prices compared to others . Also they are just so nice and welcoming ...even open on Sundays!

Let me start with giving 4 stars to Annette who always does a good job. I've been going to this place for over 2 yrs. The 1 star is for the owner/manager. Clients like me call and make a appt for a reason. My appt today (Sunday) was for 3:30 and he calls me at 2:45 asking me to come at 4:00 because Annette started a pedi at 2:45 with someone else. I said no an appt is an appt! He then said I can come at 3:45 and have someone else do my pedi. I said no but we'll see when I get there. I called him back 10 min later to ask him for a discount for the inconvenience and of course he didn't acknowledge my request but instead yelled at me asking "are you coming or not?!" I said NO! And hung up on him. Although I like Annette's work we all know nail salons are a dime a dozen and are in every other shopping center. On to find another place and nail tech. Later with Perfect Nails Spa! Bye.

I have never had a bad experience here. The owner is fantastic. I love all of the ladies that work there. They go above and beyond to beat my expectations and I always leave happy. They do a great job. Every time I come in with some wild idea for my nails and they always turn out fabulous. It's always very relaxing when I go in and just has a really great vibe. One of my favorite things about them is there attention to detail I've been to countless other salons who have left me with cuts and scrapes and just overall not pretty looking hands and they have never not once cut me or hurt me in anyway shape or form. I love these guys so much.

This is my first time hereI did my hands nails and toe nails also Vicky gave me a very good foot massage while doing my feet spa the pedicure is amazingAnd it’s also my first time doing my nails in my whole lifeVicky and Ivy took care of me so gently thank you so much ??Also i had to wax my armpits, my legs and eyebrows thank you IvyThey welcome you with a bottled water with a cookie it’s so adorable thank you so much for the amazing treatment and the warmthI highly recommend !

I came here for the first time today and was amazed by how professional and friendly they were. They did a great job on my nails and I left very happy. It's a little bit far for me to commute, but I don't mind that because it's always worth it!

Shoulda looked at my own review before visiting this place again. Forgot I've been here years ago. While many Orange County salons have increased their pedicures from low $20s to mid $30s during pandemic, this place is $24. Yes it's cheaper but you get what you pay for. To be clear, you get worse service than pre-pandemic but have to pay 20%+ now. NOT SANITARY. In today's Covid climate, you'd think that they would take extra precautions with cleanliness. Well they don't. I don't think they clean their tools professionally bc the tools used on me weren't taken out of a sterilized pouch. To my horror, after my pedicure, my technician, LENA, rinsed the nail file in my USED tub of water and put the tools back in her cart. She then moved on to another lady a chairs down and gave her a pedicure with the same tools. GROSS. CHINCY AND PETTY. After scrubbing my heels, I noticed that the skin was very dry around my heels so I asked her to apply some lotion. She didn't like that I asked (I was very polite about it). She made it a point to show that she didn't appreciate me asking by putting literally one tiny dot of lotion to use on my entire heel! A microscopic sized DOT. How silly is that?! I wanted to be the bigger person and still left her a fair tip, but be warned of how this place is cutting back. HIDDEN FEES. The last thing that bothers me about this place is that they charge you $1 to use your credit card. I know $1 doesn't sound like much, but they should disclose the fee and not mumble it under their breath while they are running your card. Obviously they are doing this to hide the fact that they are charging you. Just seems sketchy. NEVER AGAIN.
