I had a wonderful experience at PetSmart recently. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome from the moment I walked in. Their customer service is top-notch, answering all my questions with patience and expertise.
The grooming department was exceptional. The groomers treated my dog with such kindness and care, ensuring he was comfortable throughout. He looked fantastic and seemed very happy after his grooming session.
Overall, PetSmart offers outstanding service and care for pets. Highly recommended!

This review is specific to the performance of an employee at Petsmart, rather than reflecting on the store as a whole.
On June 22nd around 6:30 PM, my husband and I visited Petsmart (Village way in Orange)to make a return. While I remained in the car, my husband went inside the store. Unfortunately, we had forgotten to bring the receipt for the item we were returning. However, I had always provided Petsmart with my phone number during purchases, so I was confident that the transaction would be on record.
Upon explaining the situation to Dylan, he initially insisted on having the physical receipt. Despite my husband's explanation that we had made the purchase at a different Petsmart location and that our information should be in the system, Dylan seemed uncooperative. He even incorrectly stated that we had to return the item to the original store of purchase, which we knew was not the case based on our past experiences.
After some persuasion, Dylan attempted to look up the purchase using our phone number but was unable to locate it. Frustrated by the situation, we decided to return home to search for the receipt. Once we returned with the receipt, Dylan again mentioned the purchase from a different store, causing further confusion.
In conclusion, I believe that Dylan could benefit from additional training on store policies and customer service protocols to ensure smoother interactions in the future. Thank you.

Twice they have cancelled my dog’s appointment at the last minute. Don’t count on them wanting to do their job. If they want to go home early on the weekend they just say they have an emergency or that they will just give the dog a bath and not an actual grooming.

We have been going to the training classes with our 2 golden retrievers and it has been awesome! We've all learned so much (doggies and pet parents). Cynthia has been our consistent trainer and is just great! She explains things well, demonstrates with the dogs and teaches you how to reinforce the lesson at home. Our dog is preparing for the Caine Good Citizen test. Many thanks to Cynthia!!

I was skeptical about getting my dog groomed here but Elly did an amazing job! You can tell she cares about her work and animals! I highly recommend her as a groomer and will be back!

Millie helped me get some aquatic snails the other day and I was very impressed with the care she handled them with. This was also in the midst of her helping 3 other customers and still remaining pleasant and calm. Bravo!
