Just had John replace broken/missing wheels with heavy duty ones and the service couldn't have been better! John was on time, and very pleasant. I highly recommend Piano Artisans. We had a QRS player installed in our Yamaha baby grand. Brian was very helpful through the entire process and was consistently available to answer questions about the system. He was a pleasure to work with.
