Kicks you out at 9pm, even if you left your unit open with no way of getting back in (didn't even let me return their carts). No customer service available. Came back at 6am at opening. It was not open, and, again, no customer service available. Now im wasting my time and waiting until its open so my stuff doesn't get stolen. It's been 5 hours so far(9:30am). Do I have to break in for someone to notice? Never using this place again. Get a better system. Over the 10 hours I've been here between last night and today, I haven't seen any employees.

Robin Needs a New Job (Far Away from Customers)
If I could give zero stars, I would. I’ve never dealt with someone as blatantly rude and dismissive as Robin, who clearly missed the memo on what “customer service” actually means.
His tone was nasty from the start, like he couldn’t be bothered to do his job. And then? He hung up on me. Yep. Mid-sentence. Like a petulant child who didn’t get his way. Completely unprofessional and totally unacceptable.
If this is who’s running the front lines of your business, it’s no wonder people are turning to your competitors. Robin should not be anywhere near a phone, a desk, or frankly, a job that involves talking to actual human beings. Maybe try warehouse work silent, far away, and without the opportunity to hang up on people who pay your salary.
Avoid this place unless you enjoy being treated like garbage. Especially by Robin.
Go to extra space there customer service is A+

Came in with a friend today to help him move. Robin was downright rude and unprofessional. If I could give zero stars I would. Robin should be fired and work somewhere far from customer service as this isn’t his forte. Look at the other reviews too, many state similar situations. They lost out on a great tenant today. She

I went in today to see if I could get storage. The person who was working saw us and just walked off to go clean a storage unit. Didn't even bother with us will be going elsewhere. I believe the guys name was: Robin. Will be looking elsewhere for storage.
