This is probably the most un customer friendly lab. They are a huge corp so it makes sense.
First, there is no one when you walk in, there are check in kiosk, the check in is ok. They collect the 2 most important things to them, how you are going to pay, then your name.
If you need any help, good luck, the last thing they want is to have any contact with you. However, while waiting in what looks like a holding cell for the purgatory, they will gladly let you all the possible ways that you can pay them! Nothing if you need help. Something to know. NO RESTROOM
Additionally, they charge for parking here so they must get a kick back or bonus for how long you wait. No parking validation. What a racket!
All about money and no customer service. Unfortunately, there is no other place to go. But try any other place is better than here!

The one who draw blood from me has a very light hand. She surely knows how to take care of her patients. I'm hoping that next time, she will be the one to do it again.

Clean,quick and almost painless. The location was easy to get to. I had an appointment at other location even with an appointment I waited a long time. At the location I was in and out quickly. The lab tech was very professional. Listen to my request and obtain the blood with no pain.

Love the automated check in process. Quick in and out process.
Always have problems with blood draw because my veins roll really bad. Last 3 times at Quest they got it on the first try. Great employees!

The phlebotomist did not understand the tests she was drawing and ordered 3 of the same thing. I was late for work because she couldn't figure out the doctor's order.

They saved my day! Was really nice and friendly. Definitely great time ethics! I had waited almost 5 hours at the Garden Grove office only having to leave without getting my blood work done. I made a complaint n left a review. I can't thank the Orange office enough! Corrected my day!
