I couldn't be more pleased with my experience here. The exceptional service provided by Emmanuel, along with the overall environment of the facility, made the visit outstanding.
From the moment I walked in, I noticed the cleanliness of the facility. Everything was spotless and well-organized, which immediately put me at ease. The check-in process was unique and easy, with self-service kiosks that streamlined the process. It was efficient and straightforward, allowing me to quickly register without any hassle.
The waiting area was particularly informative with a display showing the count of how many patients were being seen in the next 60 minutes. This feature gave me a clear understanding of the wait time and made the entire process more transparent and manageable. I had barely sat down before I was called even a minute earlier than my scheduled appointment time.
Emmanuel greeted me with a genuine smile and took the time to explain the procedure, significantly alleviating my fear of the unknown. His professional demeanor and gentle approach during the draw were outstanding. I barely felt a thing, and the process was over before I knew it.
What truly stood out was Emmanuel's ability to create a comforting atmosphere. He engaged in light conversation, which distracted me and made the entire experience joyful. It's clear that Emmanuel takes great pride in his work and genuinely cares about his patients' well-being.

I had a traumatizing experience with the Quest in Anaheim Hills, so I’m very anxious during blood draws now. I’ve had very positive experiences with this Quest location and this is the only one I will be going to from now on! I’ve had Diana and Nick M as my phlebotomists and both were incredibly kind, friendly, and skilled (as I have difficult veins). They’ve treated me far better than any other place I’ve been to!

I am what you call a "hard stick" and because of this, my anxiety level is very high when I need to get labs drawn. Soyoung was perfect! She drew blood the first time, and was very kind! I couldn't help it, but I started to cry, and she hugged me. She is a gem with her soothing countenance as well as her great expertise

Had an appointment at Quest and check-in was easy. Was called in shortly after arrival. Blood was drawn quickly and painlessly by Iman. She was very professional but so friendly and cheerful. I was in and out in record time and everything went smoothly.

The phlebotomist was wonderful - friendly, competent, and efficient. She made the experience actually enjoyable. I had an appointment and they were right on time taking me in.
