Not Providence in Orange location. First and last for us. only 1 person working, the tech was so overwhelmed that she cried. I felt sorry for her that a supervisor didn’t send her help. Horrible and surprising coming from Quest.

Myra, our technician was EXTREMELY helpful and patient, and very kind. We had an issue with the doctor's orders, and she helped guide us in resolving the problem so that my mother would not have to reschedule, or cancel her procedure. Myra is a perfect example of great people skills and excellent customer service - the company is fortunate to have an employee like her - Great job!

- Waited almost one hour though I had an appointment because Lab Technician had to enter manually all the tests that need to be performed in the System. She couldn't find the right code for some tests and had to call the doctors office who were not open at 8:00 am. Eventually 2 of the prescribed lab tests were not performed.
- Lab Techs were shouting at other patients instead of talking at a normal tone.
- There were no instructions about free parking at that location. When the appointment confirmation is sent out, it is better to give parking instructions.
- Instructions on registration at the kiosk could be sent to the patient along with appointment confirmation.

I went there today for lab work. There were only few people there, it does not look like a busy quest lab location. The only issue was the parking. I parked at the structured parking across the building.

Second time I'm here. First time I didn't have an appointment but arrived at 7:30AM. I was told I may not get in but I took my chances as there was only one person in the waiting room and she was not getting her blood drawn. A mother arrived with her two children and her appointment was scheduled for 8:10 & 8:15. The person getting her blood drawn walked out and it was 7:50AM. I was overlooked and the mother and her children were taken back. I had to leave since I had to report to work. I arrive the second time with an appointment made. I checked in. Again, there was a person waiting who had an appointment at 8:20AM. Again, the person was taken back and I had to wait again. I had an appointment. I arrived on time...... frustrating. I won't be back to this office!

I went to another Quest and was told that they couldn't do my blood test (long story). Kiaira, the technician who helped me said I could come back the next morning to this location and she would take care of me. The next morning she met me in the waiting room and brought me back. She made all the difference in a situation that could've gone so bad. Really appreciated her exceptional customer service!

The absolute best Quest Lab I have ever been to. The two girls working on the morning of 8/3/22 were so sweet, courteous, and efficient. They were the perfect example of what customer service should be. Very kind and friendly.

Honestly, this was the worst Quest Diagnostics I have ever been to. After being discharged from CHOC NICU, we were directed to have blood tests done on our newborn within two days at a Quest Diagnostics. With the requisition paperwork in hand, we arrived for our 11am appointment and was not seen until 45 minutes later. I have no idea why, since the waiting room was empty and they were taking walking before us. The tech spent an extra 30 minutes to try and find the doctor's information needed for data entry and couldn't get the system to work. She had to call in another technician, who also tried for another 20 mins, and we ended up doing the data entry manually and signed some paperwork. By the time we actually got to the point of withdrawing blood from my newborn, he was already dehydrated and they had such a hard time getting any blood samples. The one thing that angers me to this day is the tech trying to blame us for not feeding the baby prior to the appointment. WE FED HIM 15mins BEFORE 11. What should have taken 30 minutes, took nearly 2.5 hours to finally be done with these techs. These people are incompetent! The pediatrician requested these results STAT, and instead they were not available until one week later. When they were available, results were not provided to the pediatrician as needed, and the doctor's office had to call Quest for the information. On top of that, Quest was trying to bill me the full cost of this procedure and had not input my insurance information into their systems. This is the WORST location I've ever been to and I will never step foot there again.

I needed to get an appointment in the early afternoon for my husband. We only received the order last Tuesday the 25th and the test must be on February 3, 2022. I was able to make an appointment at 1 in the morning which was very convenient for me. Thanks
