Check in with the link in a text is so convenient. I was called in for the blood draw before I could sit down. The blood draw was quick and painless. I think I was in and out in 3 minutes.

I went for bloodwork on monday 5/19/25 and I just gotta say—my phlebotomist, Sadie, WAS SERIOUSLY SO KIND AND ADORABLE!!! and fun!!! Not to mention flawless execution on the blood draw.
I had an appointment and everything went quick and smoothly, but really I just needed to shoutout Sadie for making my experience sincerely enjoyable (not a word i've ever used with Quest LOL). Like I was in a significantly better mood leaving then when I arrived all hangry from fasting 12 hrs prior. Thanks girl!!!

I went to Quest Diagnostics for some blood work and the entire appointment went way smoother than I expected!
Check-in was super quick and easy using their automated iPad system and the lab technician, Janet, who helped me was really skilled. Typically my veins are super hard to find because they are so tiny (I've even fainted in the past getting blood drawn). But Janet was super patient and careful with me, and she was able to draw my blood successfully within the first try! She's a pro!! I'd definitely come back for her again.

Staffs here are slow for blood draw. The guy is taking his time and the lady loves chit chat.
Each patient range 15-30 min when they are in the room….

Location is ok. Staff ranges from ok to quite nice. Scheduling is a dice - scheduled on Web, confirmed it was scheduled but email confirmation never came and when at place the appointment was not in the system, had to go as standby waiting for 45min, only thanks to staff guy who felt for me and accommodated, otherwise would be much longer. Another patient also worried as she never received any confirmation either but was lucky as at least her appointment was in the end in the system.
