It's designed for quick in & out with one way directional drive thru arrows. They sell some of the LOWEST priced gas in Orange County. But my gas pump did not print a receipt, which is why I gave them 4 stars.

The tall tan skinny asian guy working there is littlerally the worse person trying to he watched me back into a spot to get gas and right before I got to the pump he walked right behind my car put a cone there and said we are closed while others are currently getting gas what a peice of work also place is only one way to face to get gas and place is located in very inconvenient place

Apparently you have to park in one direction which is silly, and not well posted. Half the lanes are open yet I have to wait 10 minutes just to get gas after getting harresed by the employee that works there for not paying attention to the poor signage.

If you pay with credit, it will put a $225.50 hold on your card.
Crazy weird.
Even if gas were $7 a gallon, that would still be over 30 gallons.

This gas station is very unreliable. I usually buy gas here if I get off of the freeway to shop at Ralph's down the street for particular items they sell. 6 times this year (including this last Friday) the gas station was closed with cones and tape wrapped around so I couldn't buy gas. It's always after 7am when I stop by. I don't know if it's because they ran out of gas or the attendant called off sick. It's not acceptable to be closed without any notice and this many times. I'm sure it's happened many more times when I didn't stop by. Whoever is in charge needs to be replaced.

I recently had an unfortunate experience at this gas station. I didn't know that you had to park in a specific direction to refuel. When I parked, I saw another car already parked in the "wrong" direction, so I thought it was okay.
However, a male employee yelled at me, saying I couldn't park that way. I pointed to the other car, explaining I thought it was okay because of that. He told me the other driver was in a hurry, so it was allowed. ?? Then, he proceeded to speak softly and politely to the other driver, a white man, explaining the issue with a smile. I was like seriously??
This felt totally discriminatory. Despite not arguing, the employee continued to be aggressive, even placing a barricade behind my car and watching me throughout the refueling process. When it was time to leave, he escorted my car, not the other one.
It seems the rules were bent for the other driver due to his race and gender, while I, an Asian woman, was unfairly targeted and treated with hostility. It's disheartening to experience such behavior. If you had a bad day, maybe try meditation instead of projecting your frustrations onto other people.

I mainly come to this gas station due to my use of Ralph’s grocery store. I accumulate many points that can be used to discount the cost on fuel. There’s only ever one attendant working with most times there being a tacky sign on the door saying “I’m on Lunch.” It’s not his fault that the business isn’t hiring more staff but expecting him to do the work of 2-3 people is unreasonable.I visited again today to purchase gas after spending $800 at Ralph’s on groceries. Upon my visit the attendant said, I’m changing to trash so it’ll be awhile before I back in to accept your payment.its NOT okay.Considering giving my business to Costco instead.

Good price, but it is kind of stupid that it is one way only. So technically, the second car cannot exit until the car in front leaves.

The ladies at the service deli are basically useless and will ignore you while you stand in front of their station for ten straight minutes before coming up to you and shooing you off by misquoting the prices of their items because they don't want to actually help you. But old blond women who've gone past their terms working in the Ralph's service deli probably have pretty wretched lives in the first place, so I guess I'll go back to my decent life and she can have her wonderful life commanding the service deli counter. Cheers !

I order a birthday cake from the bakery Dept from their website 3 days ahead of time. The cake I requested was all black buttercream, when I went to pick up my birthday cake the employee behind the counter asked if I was here to pick up the "black cake" I said yes. The employee proceeded to tell me they don't have black buttercream and that they have to mix it, she showed me the cake it looked like garbage, not even close to black more like a green grayish creation. They should have called and told me as soon as the order was placed instead of waiting until I showed up to pick up my order the day of the party.
