Store closes off major toiletry and medicinal items well before closing. I asked if I could get something and was told a curt "no". I miss customer service before employees started having aggression toward regular customers. Granted, it is neighborhood crime and the penny pinching management causing this tension, so that is where my review is directed for this location.

Monopoly location.
Only go here if your desperate.
Only grocery store in 92868. Same zip that has choc, oc jail, UCI medical center, on top of local residents using this grocery store. Always chaotic busy, dirty, limited parking.
Old, small building, narrow isles. You will see unwaxed, dirty floors. You will have a hard time parking. You will see homeless loitering. You will have a hard time finding products.
Very tiny location, fire department should shut this place down.
Again, only visit here if you desperately need something, if not, the drive to another grocery store is worth it.

Don’t come here, especially if you don’t have a car they will accuse you of stealing if you have other items with you that you bought other stores and have the receipts for and then they’ll make fun of you for not having a car you’re walking out and you can hear them because they’re loud

Attention: Today I went to Ralphs with my kids, a guest and her 2 toddlers. As we were about to be done with grocery, manager of store with a security guard came up and told us to leave. They told us we are not allowed to shop here. I asked why and they stayed silent. So I told them is it because I am a Muslim woman and he told me to just leave and took my cart. They were very rude and my kids were shocked to see this attitude towards us. Completely discourage anyone to go there. If it happened to me then any such rude behavior from manager can happen to you.

The Deli sucks.
I made the mistake of getting a tender meal and the tenders were so old and hard I choked ? the sides sucked too. Worst punishment I've given myself in a long time.
Vons fried chicken is the move.

Ralph's always provides great customer service from front of store to the back I love shopping Ralph's I even know majority of workers

This is a busy location. They keep it pretty clean and well stocked. Most of the employees are friendly and helpful. I give it a low rating because they cram the aisles with junk. It makes it really hard to navigate the store because of all the random stuff taking up space in the narrow aisles. I hate trying to walk around since I am always narrowly missing other customers since there is no room to move in the store.

Small, expensive. Not half from my list. Convenient for milk, eggs, quick things. The staff are exceptional, very helpful and nice. But that parking lot needs some light! It feels sketchy coming after dark.

Well stocked and friendly service from the gentleman in the toiletries/liquor area. The only down side for me is the crazy drivers in the parking lot. Always seems to be an issue in this lot.
