They don't even put blue tape on your rear windshield wiper anymore, so if you have one of those you are virtually guaranteed to lose it. I do like how they have air hoses with the vacuums though.

Fantastic experience! The service was always timely, and their customer service is great. Even though I haven't lived in Orange for a while, their customer service helped me and refunded me for the unused time. I wish I still lived there so I could continue to use their facilities. They provide a level of customer service that few major companies offer these days, and I hope they continue to be an example for others.

A few times I came to this carwash there was almost no line. The price is reasonable. Vacuums have a strong suction power.

I had an amazing experience at Rapids Express in Orange off Tustin St. Melissa and Eddie provided outstanding customer service, friendly, fast, and extremely helpful. They made the whole process smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Update on review;Pleasantly, I received a call from the manager refunding my money. He was super nice in resolving the matter and was over the top friendly. This car wash is not too close to my house and I can't use both cars so the membership doesn't work well. I like this place, the equipment works well. But I didn't intend to sign up to take money out of my account every month and no one told me they would do that. I was taking advantage of what I thought was a one time deal of ten dollars to clean my car next thing I know I'm being charged 18.95 monthly without my permission. They were not straightforward about that. As you can see from this update they took care of everything in an appropriate manner!

I'm so glad this company GETS it. I don't want to talk to anyone. I don't want to fiddle with machines or payments. I don't want my tires lined up in those guide rails. This company has eliminated EVERYTHING I hate about getting my car washed and replaced it with automation, a conveyor belt, and just enough smiling employees to get the job done! THIS car wash should have been the one called "Bliss" because that's what the experience is. I just wish the actual car wash was about 7 seconds slower. And then it would be five stars (and my car would have more chance to dry before exiting).

Although a quick and time-saving car wash method can't clean as thoroughly as a hand wash, simply dealing with the remaining uncleaned parts afterwards can still save a considerable amount of time.
