We won't be coming to this location anymore. The only reason we came here was because the Anaheim location was robbed, and my husband needed new boots for work. My husband has been a Red Wings customer for over 10 years. First off, the sales guy gave my husband the wrong boot; he gave him steel toe. When we got home, my husband grabbed his shoe and said the guy gave him the wrong boot; these are steel toe, but they were in the wrong box. It was too late to go back, so my husband needed his boots for the next day. He tried them out, but after over a week, they were just so uncomfortable. He went today to see if he could exchange them for the non-steel toe, and the manager was just rude. No good customer service. My husband is a Construction Carpenter worker on his feet all day and unfortunately the shoes were uncomfortable! The comfort was just not there! Went back today 11/11 to talk to the manager and was automatically rude and didn't care when my husband trued to explain said that the shoes are Irish Sitter not Red Wings brand so there is nothing he can do about it! Wow!

Walked in with 3 specific boots in mind to try on. Willie helped me out and was very accommodating with my needs. Thanks to him measuring my foot size I've found out I've been wearing the wrong size boot all of my adult life. Was patient and got me out the store with very comfortable boots. Thanks Willie!

The salesman Joel was awesome. Service here was amazing. Came in to look into getting a new set of boots. He was informative and ended up helping me out with a custom request concerning used boots. If you're in the area, definitely stop by. If you're here, keep an eye out for Joel. He'll take care of you.

Always bought my shoes here and will stop coming because Rudy is very unprofessional and rude while visiting the store March 1. You could tell he doesn’t like his job or help customers. I turned in shoes on March 1st and called March 26 and was told that my shoes were not sent for repair after paying and was told they will be fixed within 3 weeks. I now had to buy shoes at another place I found at SHOETERIA and workers were very helpful. Ticket# 41643

I came in and Willie was super nice and helpful on what I needed the most. I initially came in for iron rangers and also told him that I work in the camper van industry. he cared to listen to what I do at work to find the most suitable footwear for my purpose and also for activities beyond work so I could get, the most dynamic use out of my new pair of red wings. They also have a cool machine that can read the perfect sole fitment and purpose for your foot. I got the multipurpose sole for my shoe and it feels great in other boots as well, impressive. There was no pressure to buying the pair of shoes that I tried on but I later in the day ended up coming back to grab my pair of iron rangers. Rudy was also helpful on helping me, choose the right size for my shoe after what I thought was the right fit. Overall, I appreciate the customer service on how there was no pressure to buying the shoes I tried on but also a welcoming crew providing accurate advice on the perfect boot. Note, I can also trust Willy because he’s got some style on him. Thanks again guys will be coming back if I decide to get some different styles later on.
