This is my new GOTO place for screen printing and embroidery. I found them off of yelp because I needed some team uniforms and hats printed locally, because I didn't want to chance an online order with only 2 weeks til our tournament. I gave them plenty of production time, but they finished it all in 2 days. Carlos took meticulous care to make sure to send me proofs 3-4 times to make sure I was happy with the placement of the team name. My order of 20 pieces was so small compared to some of the mega orders they do; custom car wraps, huge scale poster and signs, yet Relevance gave me 100% excellent service and treated me like my order was just as important.Tip: They share a work space with the car wrap company and you have to enter the door printed with a Relevance Ink branded graphic past the fireplace. Don't go to the guy at the glass desk when you walk through the front door.

I wish I could rate them twice! Went in to get some custom embroidery done and the customer service was outstanding. Absolutely loved how my jacket turned out. Will definitely be recommending this place to family and friends!!

Quoted me one price over the phone and after I dropped it off, they changed the price on me, 40% higher. At that point, I had no option but to just accept it because I had driven all the way there and due to timing. Not cool. You can call it "miscommunication". More like bait and switch.

I will give this company a 10 stars not 5. They are excellent. They tried so hard to help me with my order, and they did it. Excellent customer service and superb job. I will recommend this company and a special thanks to crystal for her help.

I've ordered from Relevance Ink about 5 times now...I absolutely love this company! I originally selected it because it was close to my shop, but once I had my first experience with Richard and Ruben I was sold. All of their work is literal perfection! I have had them make me several different types of stickers, labels and decals, (which are all made out of the same very durable waterproof material that they wrap cars with), and I have also had them do 4 totally different sets T-shirts for me. I was beyond pleased each and every time at their attention to detail and quality of work. I know nothing about design and printing except that you get what you pay for. These guys go above and beyond to produce an incredibly beautiful product each time!
