Was given 30 min wait time, but waited two hours being continuously told that they were fifteen minutes away. Then I was told to go ahead and cancel if thats what I wanted to do when inquiring about the whereabouts. Rates are also not competitive compared to other places, and they cancel your appointment at whim, for which you pay a holding fee upfront. Absolute worst. 0/5.

Horrible service from this business. I called because I needed a simple jump start. They took my information down and then had me on hold and transferred me around for about 30 minutes. After that they hung up and I tried calling back many times and they kept intentionally hanging up on me. These people should have their business license revoked.Service: Battery service

It’s listed as an auto repair shop. Was told on the phone that they do in fact work on semi trucks. Tell them what I need and now they are a tow service and not a repair shop. They don’t want to do the work so they have me the end around. Unprofessional, impolite, and not worth my time or money. Don’t let them do the same to you. 0 Stars ??

I ran out of gas and my phone was about to die. I was panicking and called them! They were patient and caring, and they were able to bring out some gas for me. I was so thankful! The pricing was fair, and the delivery guy was friendly.

Car issues are the bane of my existence. I swear if it's not one thing, it's another. This time, I needed a jump, and they were there in a flash. I've used them before to various services, so we're all pretty familiar with each other. He gave me a jump, and since I'm a repeat customer, he gave me a discount, too. Great guys who do honest work! What else can I say?

Excellent towing company! They came and gave me a low clearance tow and they did it wonderfully!
