Everything picked over, either Ross has really gone down hill or this one is terrible I remember it being alot better, was going to buy a couple pillows but gave up when I saw there was 1 cashier and 10 people infront of me in line.

I have been shopping at this location (the village) for many years. This is the second time this person helps me at register and she seems so miserable. Very rude. I've asked her questions and she doesn't answer, ignores me or answers with an attitude. She shouldn't been put to work where she will be servicing customers because she obviously doesn't have good customer service. She is Hispanic, black hair, glasses.Assoc # 961626

Would’ve gave this store 4 stars but today my mother had a bad experience there, the older worker lady there disrespected my mother, instead of trying to help my mom she was giving my mom attitude and being a smarty. That lady needs an attitude adjustment!

We’re do I even begin with how terrible the staff is here. First off literally got followed around in the store so I couldn’t even Shop comfortably. Second very rude tone from the cashier. Cashier yelled next as I was trying to put my card away then I felt rushed to hurry and grab my bags as the cashier just stood there staring at me the next customer was just standing directly behind me. I almost forgot my receipt. Just honestly terrible service. Store was unorganized. Couldn’t even read some price on the price tag they were faded. They really need to do better here.

Found the best bedroom curtains and curtain rod super cute gem style and a Bebe crystal phone holder for the car, hasn't fallen off my windshield it's very catchy shimmering. Bought a couple other things great deals.
