The older Asian woman who is the manager is always very rude and condescending and today I had grabbed a pair of doc martens sitting by the front entrance and brought them up to the counter to ask the price, she told me it was $50 and asked if I wanted to buy them that very moment, I politely declined and after she gave me a rude look and placed the shoes behind the counter as if I was going to steal them, as if I didn’t bring them from the front to ask her the price. I shopped around more and noticed her eyes following me through the store and on my way out she didn’t even try to hide the fact she was stalking me and basically followed me to the door to make sure I wasn’t stealing. I’ve noticed she has a habit of being rude to customers, very sad experience to see the manager who runs this place doesn’t know how to treat her customers kindly or with any decency :(

The staff was very friendly! One of the staff members very thoughtfully brought me a cart when she saw that my arms were full. This thrift store is clean and well organized.

Good sized store, fairly well organized for a thrift store. Shelves were not over stacked with items so you could easily see what was on there without having to dig through the items. Most everyone will see something from their past among the items. Books, CDs, DVDs, plates, cups, picture frames, clothes, shoes, handbags, kitchen utensils, etc. Not a lot of framed pictures when I was there. Quite of bit of clothes, lots of men's shirts, women's items, not a ton of shoes. Staff seems a bit overwhelmed but were friendly. Doesn't have the usual smell of a thrift store which was a nice change. Parking on both sides of the building but only one of the front entrances is open. If you are in a hurry, this probably isn't your place. It will take a while to find your gem among the shelves and hangers. But, I was able to find a picture frame that was needed and was only in the checkout line for a few minutes before I was help (one of the customers in front of me had about 30 items). Walk in, wonder around, find something fun and...enjoy!!!

I made a donation here for the first time the other day. When I pulled in the parking lot, I saw no signage indicating where to drop off and couldn't see any other cars or people at the rear of the store. It was 10 minutes before closing and not wanting to commit to driving to the rear and having to circle back around on the street if that wasn't the spot, I figured I'd park in a space and go in and ask first. I went in and asked a woman at the checkout if I should bring my donation up front. She replied angrily and loudly, "please do not bring donations in the front! Go to the back and someone will help you there!", as if she were scolding a kindergartner. She was rude, condescending, and unprofessional. I'm literally giving you free merchandise, and this is how I'm treated? Clearly she had been asked this many times, and an intelligent person might reason that putting up a large sign on the wall at the rear that says "DONATIONS HERE" would save time for both the staff and the donors. The guy who helped me at the rear was very polite and friendly, though. If the woman I spoke to up front is the manager, I feel sorry for the people who work there.

WHEN YOU GO TO PAY THEY CHANGE THE PRICE, THEY DON'T BUY THINGS FROM WHOM AND THE CLOTHES ARE WELL ROTTEN AND THEY WANT TO SELL THEM AS NEW, I BOUGHT SOME SKATES AS A CHILD AND THEY HAD THE PRICE OF 6 DOLLARS AND THEY CHANGED THE PRICE TO 13 DOLLARS IT SEE THAT THEY URGENTLY NEED TO SELL SOMETHING, REALLY IF THEY MAKE ME SORRY!

Guy name is Ian, white guy with red vest, is overcharging customers. Double check your receipt and let the manager know right away or corporate. This is not an honest business practice he should be ashamed of himself!!!

Very rude employee by the name of Katie, girl dress in black with eyeglasses and dark hair in her mid twenties. She has a bad attitude never says excuse me and almost hits you the clothes with hangers when she goes through the aisles. She a very aggressive employee and seem annoyed of what she does even when you asked her a question she ignores you and walks away. They should really retrained her to have better customer service skills or replace her with someone that actually enjoys working at Salvation Army.

This store acts like things should be retail prices. Why ask $4 for a used stamp? It’s not for “charity” it’s greedy price gouging. Items are always priced horribly. Those who price should be ashamed of themselves and start pricing like a SECOND HAND GOODS STORE. Prices the same as the retail store it came from. Once I purchased a shirt for $3 that had a $1 yard sale tag on it. Terrible disservice to your community. It is clear that employees hide certain items in the back for themselves to purchase.
