Today, I had an excellent experience with Tim Price at SchoolsFirst, Orange branch. He was professional, patient, and very knowledgeable. He took the time to understand my needs and recommended a program with better benefits that was more suitable for me. I truly appreciate his guidance and helpful approach.

I have never had a bad experience at this branch.
The employees are wonderful and helpful. Even on busy days, anything you need is taken care of promptly and smoothly. Very thankful and proud to call this my bank!

Great rates, helpful service. Sometimes there's a wait to speak to a banker or a line at the tellers but they make up for it. They've helped us set up savings for our three children earning high dividends - sure beats the piggy bank! We've even gotten perks like discounted Angels game tickets and annual appreciation gifts.

Customer service was terrible! I went in out my name down to see a banker they told me the wait time was 10-15 minutes. I waited and then had to use the restroom was away for 3 min. When I came back my name was still not called so then I asked about my turn only to have tell me they had called my name and I needed to wait again. This branch is very cold and not accommodating at all they do not pay attention to the customers. I will not go here again what was the tip of the iceberg is that as I left the floor manager came up to me and told me they have my information. It’s upsetting to first not get good customer service but two when you leave to have them almost threaten you what is that supposed to mean?!

Came in to do a wire transfer to an escrow account and had some questions about my CD and savings account.
