This is my family’s second time coming here, two different cars, both great experiences. This time it was fast (three business days). They were great, easy to deal with, inviting staff, and explained everything pretty well. They assured me if there were any issues, I experienced none, to give them a call back and they would prioritize. Bob Bessett was great, and my car came back looking great with a clean, interior and exterior. Looks brand new!

Not one thing went well with my repairs here. First, they told AAA they could get my car in right away, but little did I know, it’d be sitting on their lot for over a month waiting for parts along with a dozen other customer vehicles. They claimed they get parts just as fast as Tesla but I later confirmed directly with a Tesla repair shop that this isn’t true. The day I finally picked up my car, I immediately Noticed my tire was rubbing the newly installed bumper. I had to take it back to have them repair this. I dropped it there and 20 min later they said it was good to go and that they just needed to set the wheel well away from the tire using a hammer. Then a few days later, I got a low coolant warning. They didn’t take responsibility for this though, in the accident, the radiator bolt had broken and the radiator was dragging. Still, they agreed to top it off and ensure it’s sealed properly. Over the next 5 months I could still occasionally hear my tire hitting the wheel well in the same spot as before when reversing and turning the steering wheel. I took it back again after noticing that the parking sensor cover in the same wheel well had rubbed off, and instead of offering to correct things, they try to point out wheel-bite paint chips and insinuate that this was my fault. They refused to work with me and said I need to contact my insurance again. Not only do they lack the skills to perform repairs properly, but they also lack the integrity to take responsibility for their mistakes and make things right.

I have to hand it to the team at Selman Collision we’re all outstanding, especially Bob he delivered outstanding service and went out of his way to stay late after hours unpaid to make sure I was able to get my car before the weekend. The body work is done perfectly and looks like nothing ever happened. Also the plus side is they have loaner cars which is very helpful if you only have 1 car and don’t have rental coverage on your insurance plan. Good work guys and I’ll be sure to bring all my future body needs to you guys going forward. Thanks again!!

I applied for a position there. I've tried numerous times to converse with the person who I interviewed with. I called and called left numerous messages and still have not received a return phone call. It's like I'm being ghosted.

Had to fix a dent I made in my roommates Toyota Del Sol, they did a fantastic job repairing it and for a better price than the competitors! Very genuine service as well.

Tesla Santa Ana transferred my Model X to them to have the rear hatch bumper bolt repaired. They did it the same day. Thought it would take a few days but they had it done the same day. Was truly amazed and thankful.

I've used Selman before, since my insurance carrier recommended them, so I'm no stranger. Their process is quick and efficient, but with the supply chain being all 2020'd, repairs this go-round were excruciatingly slow-- what should've been a one week job turned slowly into five weeks. Obviously it's not their fault, but instead of leaving me on the back burner, they kept in constant contact, emailing me every couple days with a status update and new estimated finishing times.It's easy to recommend a place when they're operating in the best circumstances, but when trouble hit and their customer service mettle gets tested, this place absolutely delivered. The repairs are splendid and absolutely worth the wait.Oh! And of course they detailed the inside of the car without telling me OR charging me. Strong work, Selman.

Wow, it seems like my whole car was repaired here and it is literally better than new! I am so impressed with Mike and his team and everything that Tesla insurance has partnered up with Selman collision center. That has really put me in a position to be so impressed. Thank you!! I would recommend your team to anybody who needs Tesla repairs in anyway. Such a pleasurable experience all around as they keep in touch with you every step of the way and that's what I appreciate... The communication was superb.
