Highly Recommend! The staff from start to finish were great! The big guy, Diego hooked my floor up for my new Boba Shop for super reasonable pricing. Compared to the two other quotes i got. They sent someone out to measure my whole store, got me a quoted and set up the appointment. They made it super easy, and his wife Carol, was super sweet and easy to deal with as well. If you need flooring, and you are smart, you wont go anywhere else!

You have been warned - horrible customer service is a common theme among the negative reviews at this company. They are happy to take your money and will be helpful up to that point, but if anything goes wrong, do not expect a resolution.I ordered approximately 1,500 square feet of engineered hardwood flooring and had it sent via FedEx freight to the install location. Unfortunately, some of the boxes were damaged upon arrival. Much of the damage was not visible until the boxes were opened. Each box was inspected that evening and the representative, Dallas (owners son), was informed of the total damage the following day. He stated he would put in a claim to FedEx. We did not hear back from Dallas after repeatedly asking for a FedEx claim number. He said he filed the claim but his FedEx rep did not give him a claim number. After following up with him further, he reached out to FedEx and produced a claim number... It seems he never actually filed the claim as he stated. This is now a few weeks since delivery. I followed up with FedEx myself and they told me the claim was denied. It was denied because they stated the boxes should have been loaded with more care onto the pallet prior to FedEx taking possession. I followed up multiple times with Dallas, typically requiring multiple texts, calls, emails to get a response. Finally he responded to me and he said he would reach out to his contact at the manufacturer to let them know the situation and seek a remedy. According to him, the manufacturer told him they would not take responsibility and I should have refused delivery, as if this was my fault. I told him that was not acceptable and I was content with returning the entire order. At this point we are months since delivery, as Dallas is not proactive with outreach, follow up, or solutions. When I told him I would return the order, he reached out to the manufacturer again and his rep said he would have the damaged boxes replaced, but we had to wait for their company holiday party. That seemed a bit strange, but at least we finally have a solution after months of horrible communication and poor effort. Now, it has been a couple months with many documented contact attempts to Dallas, his father/owner Diego, and the main store phone. No response from anybody. Like I said, read the negative reviews and think twice before doing business here. Construction rarely goes perfect and ask yourself if you want to have good or bad customer service when things go wrong. This review will be updated should any resolution arise. In the meantime, they will also be reported to BBB, the credit card company, CSLB, etc. If no resolution comes from any of these, small claims court should be an easy win, given every contact attempt, conversation, FedEx claim analysis, and damage pictures have been thoroughly documented. Good luck to anybody that takes the gamble buying from this place.

This family owned business was very helpful when it came to finding our floors and went above and beyond for my wife and I.We had visited 3 other stores locally looking for the right flooring and it was all wasted time until I found this place and can't be more thankful.If you are looking to find good pricing as well as great selection and amazing customer service then look no further.Thanks again for making our home beautiful.

I did not hire this company and that's exactly why I'm leaving this review. I walked in there to view samples for a floor I will be purchasing for a home in Minnesota, i was upfront with them. They were so kind and help me as if I would be purchasing the flooring from them. I wish I could! When I need flooring for my home here, I will be going through them! Thank you all for your help help and kindness.

From start to finish, the team at simple floors exceeded every single one of my expectations. I had a tall order to fill- I needed someone within 48 hours to install floors and carpet in my new home, and complete it within four days so that I could move in. They took that request and simply made it happen; their show room had everything I needed to make the decision about what was local and available, they helped me find the product that was within my price range, and they were just a complete pleasure to work with as well. It's a family owned business, a family that works beautifully together, and being around them really was a joy, added bonus to work with a local family business!! I can't say enough about my experience with them, don't think twice just reach out to these folks and they will take great care of you. The results speak for themselves.

I had a great experience with simpleFloors. They helped me choose the samples I would take home. They were quick with answers. The products I purchased (engineered wood) were available when I needed them. Their prices on both product and install beat what my contractor was trying to offer. They navigated my contractor's shifting schedule to get the floors installed in the exact window it needed to be. They accommodated a late request to also do the door casements. My home had some tricky elements like uneven floors (which they leveled), some rot (they replaced the wood) and a curved fireplace that they expertly navigated. Even some squeaks in the floors that were covered are now silent. Somehow they even got it all done ahead of schedule! Even if these folks were tough personalities I would recommend them... but they're not, every interaction was very pleasant.

I would rate them A++++. A 5 for sure! They were amazing to work with!!! They have their own installers Ricky , Seigo and Joe I am a perfectionist and they never made me feel like I was asking to much of them. I would highly recommend them! From Diana Ducoing

What a disappointment.We had used SimpleFloors about 6 years ago, and they did a wonderful job. When we had a leak in our kitchen, it was an easy choice to go with them again. However, our experience was, unfortunately, the complete opposite.First, the representatives in the store convinced us that getting thinner vinyl flooring was ideal. We are on a raised foundation, and it turns out this is a terrible idea unless you level all the flooring beforehand (which they neglected to inform us until after installing everything). Our previous laminate was flawless, and we never had any issues. It was disappointing the company would push this product knowing our circumstance.Next, our floors were continuous from our back room through our kitchen, dining room, entryway, and living room. We asked if they could transition the flooring between our old flooring and the new recommended product, which they assured us would not be a problem. After they started installing the new flooring, they informed us we would end up with a change in level and would have a random strip of molding in the middle of one room where the flooring transitioned. So, of course, we ended up having to spend more money to add a whole other room to the project.After install, the pieces started moving around and separating. SimpleFloors assured us this was normal and that they simply had to simply glue pieces together and bang them back in place (which we were not thrilled about). They had to come out at least three different times to make corrections. As the problems continued, we requested the owner come see why we were frustrated and disappointed. He accused me of being the problem saying that if I wasn't so fat (at 170 lbs vs his 250 lbs) we wouldn't have an issue. We also had issues with the transition from the flooring to the carpet as they used nails to secure the molding, which dug into and poked our feet every to the time of drawing blood time we stepped on it. This took two separate visits to resolve as well.Here we are several years late with the company no longer responding to our requests and flooring separating all over. Now we are stuck with awful floors separating and chipping throughout half our house.The only kind thing the company did was allow us to make payments over several months for the project.SimpleFloors has turned into a terrible company, unfortunately, and I would not recommend them to anyone.

This was the second time we did business with this company. The first time was about 5 years ago when we had to replace our kitchen flooring after a slab leak and asbestos. This time pipe leak and asbestos in our downstairs bathroom and family room. Both times Diego and Carol made this stressful time wonderful!! And both flooring installers, Ricky & Robert were fabulous!! We will always do our flooring business with them!! And continually recommend them!!!

IF I COULD RATE THEM ZERO STARS I WOULD! I have always rated companies 5 stars and have never wrote a negative review this is my first. Simple Floors company deserves a negative ZERO I stopped in this week wearing my face mask. As I approached the front desk I saw and heard mumbling under his breath to a gal next to him. (later found out his name was Diego the owner) Right off the bat I felt a negative vibe as I did not receive a simple hello and the store was pretty messy. I was dressed in simple sweat pants and a t-shirt so maybe my relaxed attire made me look like a non serious buyer to them...I dont know. Moving forward I politely asked if he didn't mind wearing his face mask before presenting me with samples. I also explained I needed affordable floors for my new apartment. He responded so rudely by stating - "im not gonna let some woman tell me what to do! Here we go again - another cheapo bothering us for stuff they can't even afford. " I was appalled and simply exited the door saying thank you for your time. First of all he doesn't know me nor does he know what I can afford. I actually own 7 apartments as an investor and need to redo the flooring on all of them so his company just missed out big time! Call me crazy but this person is very unprofessional and also not safe during this time of COVID. Employees and the owner do not wear masks even when they are helping customers in close proximity There are plenty of flooring companies to choose from in Orange. Why bother with angry rude people..

I love everything about this place. Kali, Chelsea, Diego...this family run business knows how to connect with customers and are pros. We were in and out of this place for two months searching for the perfect kitchen floor and they were so helpful. I hope to use them again in the future if we ever decide to do our bathroom. They took the time to get to know us and our style preferences, asked questions, and were so sweet and patient with our little baby. Will refer others and use them if the need arises. Go here if you want to get treated like a person and brainstorm out loud with professionals. Thank you for all of your help!

We just sold our home that was renovated by Simple Floors Orange, and now have purchased a new home. Who did we call for hardwood floors, carpeting, and backsplash installation? You bet we called Diego, Kali, Carole, and Chelsea. A family owned business that takes pride in their workmanship and commitment to excellence. They return calls promptly, guide you to the latest and best products, and are there to make sure everything is perfect!! They are incredible business communicators! They renovated our first home, and we are back to have us update our new home! We are loyal because they are incredible at what they do!! Excellent customer service!! Good pricing too!

Looking for new floors? Look no further, Diego and Carol will give you a great deal! Not only do they give you service with a smile, but they treat you like family. They are also great at working around your budget. Also, his workers who installed our floors are top notch. They work fast, efficient, and get the job done right. They finished in 2.5 days and we were expecting a week. We're totally loving our new floors. We highly recommend them. Thanks guys!!
