This going on elevator issue since SEPTEMBER 8 2024 DO NOT RENT here the elevators do not work i called hundreds of time to the DISTRICT MANAGER dawn cruz and she only answered only one of my calls called regarding the elevators issue she only said aomeone will come out all the storage renters are all upset saying that the employees are always saying we’ll get it fixed tomorrow. Someone will be here tomorrow never happens. No one shows up. You have to go through the stairs the back stairs the manager does not care. all of the renters are all MAD

You can’t find carts . They do not have help on site after 5pm. The restrooms are locked by 6 pm but they are open until 10 pm . I recommend this place for years but lately I have been very disappointed with to much automation. That does not always work .

Orange location.
Cons: Place has gone downhill since the public storage acquisition. Prices keep going up too. I’d switch storage unit companies if moving a ton of stuff wasn’t such a massive pain.

To have slimmed staff down to a single person), which wouldn’t be a problem if they didn’t make it so you needed to sign out carts now. So now I’m standing here outside the front doors hoping anyone is actually employed here so I can move things to my storage unit.
On one occasion I heard screaming from another storage unit and found someone (who was living in their storage unit) accidentally locked themselves inside it. The staff were notified and I assume that person was evicted.
For the pros: place is clean and seemingly well kept, when there is staff, they’ve been nice and accommodating. You need to punch in your code at every entrance/elevator so things feel secure enough.

I came in not knowing what size unit I needed, I was helped by Kevin , he took the time to show me different units, and I was able to get what I needed , he helped me out step by step and I was able to leave as one happy camper ☺️ Thank you Kevin for your patience and help.

I’ve been with simply storage for a few years now and also been here now that it’s public storage and never had and issue with the switch, but this is a review is about DALIA who called me back & was very professional and had positive energy getting my situation resolved which she solved in 5 mins because Kevin who I spoke with days before couldn’t help me and he wasn’t rude but very sarcastic about my situation & we were on the phone going back and forth about it for 26 minutes but thanks to DALIA it was solved in 5 mins & it was so simple.
