Placed an online order for 2 items on a Tuesday for pickup. 1 item was in stock the other needed to come from another store 4 miles away. No problem waiting a couple days for them to get the item from the other store, allowing me to pickup at the same location. Got an email on Wednesday that the order was ready. Arrived on Friday about 30 minutes before closing. Will call didn't have my order ready and needed to search for my ticket. They tell me that they don't have one of the items, it is available at another location. I explain I asked for it to come to the their location. They never did that and would take a couple more days if I wanted that. No problem, I'll just go get it from the other location since its nearby. They leave to go find the item they do have in stock and after 20 minutes they come back and say we cant find it, I will have to go to yet a third location for that item. They then tell me they will have to cancel the order, refund me and I will need to place a new order online. Terrible customer service and unorganized. Maybe I caught them on an off day, but I can only speak to my experience and I will not be back to ANY of their locations. This is why people order from Amazon.

Horrible phone etiquette. Call to check on a product and they leave you on hold for over 15 minutes picking up only to see if you have hung up and then giving random excuses each time they realize you are still there. If you don't like customer service GET ANOTHER JOB!

They have tons of items for your landscaping needs. Problem is that their staff is very off putting when you ask a question. They give attitude and act like they do not want to help at all. Went in with some questions and when the staff was not helpful, another customer helped me out!

Horrible customer service. I pre-paid for product that was ordered but never notified it arrived at the wrong store. Nobody contacted me despite having my contact info.

Lots of options and prompt service the employee who assisted us was able to find everything we asked about quickly and spoke English and Spanish as well.
