We had a crack in the wheel housing of a golf travel case. I spoke with Jacqueline in Customer Service (super professional). Then I spoke to Vanessa in the Service Center and they replaced the cracked housing while I waited. They were all so friendly and provided Excellent Customer Service. What a great product!
