ATTENTION POTENTIAL BUYERS!Before making the decision to purchase this bed, heed this warning. If I could rate this bed lower than a 1, I would. Take a moment to read this before proceeding with your purchase. My husband and I, like many others, prioritized our sleep for the sake of our overall health. We believed that investing in the 360 King bed from this company, despite its hefty price tag of over $12,000, would ensure we received top-notch quality and service. However, our experience proved otherwise. The company boasts a 15-year warranty, but let me tell you, it's a blatant lie. When a part of the bed broke within the first year, we expected prompt and efficient service as promised. Instead, we encountered a frustrating ordeal. After scheduling a service call, we were left in the dark regarding the outcome of the repair. It took multiple follow-up calls just to discover that our request had been denied, without even the courtesy of a notification. Why? Because it was conveniently close to the 1-year warranty expiration date. Our attempt to address the issue on January 25, 2024, was met with indifference since the warranty expired on January 19, 2024.I implore you, do not fall victim to the false promises and lackluster service of this company. Save yourself the headache and financial burden. Explore other options where your investment will be met with honesty, reliability, and genuine customer care.In conclusion, I strongly advise against purchasing this bed. Think twice, do your research, and choose wisely. Your sleep quality and hard-earned money deserve better.Sincerely,A Dissatisfied CustomerPS your response does nothing for me I am not going to pay $400 and some of a part and then your service person another $300 RIDICULOUS!

After a tiring day of moving, I needed a remote control for a Sleep Number bed. Mark showed me how to order it from my phone (not at stores), then showed me until I get the remote the steps to pressurize the bed from my phone. Mark was very helpful and patient to senior me with a frazzled mind.

Went here to look for mattresses for my mother who has a LOT of questions and can be picky. Eric helped us by patiently and kindly answering all of my questions and informing us on how to pick out a mattress just right for us. While I didn’t end up getting one that day ( due to my mom changing her mind) I really appreciated Eric’s stellar customer service and will be sure to return when/if we need another mattress.

My wife and I visited the sleep number store in Orange to purchase new bedding. Angelique was our sales professional. She was very friendly and attentive to our needs. We left very happy. We received our bedding exactly as ordered. Highly recommend.

I didn't like the deceiving sales tactic they used. They knew I was a return customer since they were able to pull up my file on their computer. They proceeded to tell me that I will get a special return customer discount. But then I hesitated because they insisted on charging me $250 for premium delivery, which I didn't want or need. Of course, they won't sell me the mattress otherwise. I checked their website to confirm the delivery charge. That's when I saw the website shows the same price as the "special return customer discount."I was actually OK with the prices. This would have been my third mattress so I'm already used to paying the high prices. I just sincerely did not appreciate the used-car-salesman feel.Oh and yes, they do forcibly charge the $250 delivery fee no matter if you buy in store or online.By the way, if you're thinking of buying a sleep number bed, be aware they only last about 4 years. After that, they start slowly deflating over night. You go to bed at 90 but wake up at 50. That's when your back starts to hurt. They claim 15-year warranty but good luck with support after the first...
