Van is my go to girl! I can definitely count on her for amazing service from entry to exit. We chit chat, have a few laughs and she always does her thing on my nails, absolute magic. The vibe is calm and I always find a time to go when it's not busy, in and out! Highly recommend

I saw this place driving home and I was able to walk in and someone greeted me then I was sitting in a chair within 2 mins. I came a little after six and they didn't make me feel like an inconvenience for coming within an hour of closing. My nail tech was Mindy and she took her time with me and was very nice! Thank you Mindy!! I will be coming back here!

I’ve come to this place quite a few times now and I have a few things to say. I don’t know why they always cut down my natural nail so low before applying the acrylic. The way they take off your acrylics is wrong and painful. They will use a nail to scrape underneath the acrylic to pull it off and it almost always leaves my nails shredded. Idk if it’s mma but they don’t do soak offs. I came in at 5 pm two weeks ago to get my acrylic nail. Usually I show them a picture off their instagram for inspiration. I show them the picture they’re like yeah we can do it but the picture is from so long ago (like a year ago) they don’t know which color is used for the French tip part of the nail. (The nails are basically French tip with charms on each nail) which is understandable so i said whatever color you think is similar enough is fine. The lady doing my nails I’m familiar with she’s done them in the past and her designs are usually good enough. It’s like 6pm now and the other ladies are packing up while the one doing my nails is rushing. I wish she would’ve told me she needed more time for my nail design so I could’ve just opted for a regular French tip. She’s rushing and you could tell she’s irritated and she cuts my cuticle makes it bleed doesn’t even tell me but I can feel it. Then one of the ladies who is a boss I guess told me if I could pay before she leaves. So I pay the amount for the nails of the PICTURE I showed her. Mind you the nails were gonna come out to around 100 plus tip. Because I wanted accessories on each nail. After all the other nail techs leave it’s just me and this lady and she’s rushing and she starts telling me they don’t have the accessories I want for the nails. They were supposed to be the little pearls and she ended up just putting on the big pearls around the cross charm on my French tip and it looked so ugly and she put a lot of glue under one of the charms like way too much glue it looks ugly. And she only put the cross charm one one nail on each hand/ I payed for accessories on each finger and I ultimately paid 100 plus tip for 70$ set of French tips and with two charms and a cut finger. And I didn’t want to say anything at the end because she obviously wanted me to get out so she could go home. Next time tell me you don’t have what you need for the nails I’m expecting. Don’t have my pay early if I’m not paying for what I ask. Dont tell me you can do it if you don’t have time. I’m not coming back. If I put a picture side by side of what I asked for vs what I got you would all laugh. Extremely disappointed because I’m always respectful and spend my hard earned money here. Never again

She didn’t soak them off to begin with, she tried sliding a nail tip under to remove. Which should never be done. I’ve always had my nails soaked off.
She then proceeds to soaking off the rest of my nails. Once she is done removing them, I walk out upset clearly.
She still follows me to my car and said I owe $10. The owner then came out to say I owed money and I showed her my pinky and said never mind. HOW?! She ripped my nail.
Don’t come here.

I posted on my Instagram stories advising my clients not to come here and they blocked me on social media. How unprofessional.

Hi everyone! I've been to this salon about twice now and every time my experience is so amazing! The staff here are so kind and sweet. They are all very skilled when it comes to nails! Mindy is who I went to today and she's just amazing! She made my nails look beautiful! -Bella

updating my review bc i realized a couple of things that are straight up unsafe and don't want others to unknowingly take health risks by coming here. 1) the last time i came here, the lady doing my nails kept removing my hands from the UV light before the time was up. since educating myself on the gel x process, i realize just how potentially dangerous this is as it can cause allergic contact dermatitis (which can be a lifelong allergy once contracted). 2) i tried a diff salon after this one & they told me i had a fungal infection on my pinky nail. i didn't say anything about this salon bc i was ashamed & blamed myself. however, after looking at other reviews, it seems that infections aren't exactly uncommon at this place. adding insult to injury, the last time i came here, the nail tech who was fixing my nail noticed it & told me it was just a bruise. 3) this point has nothing to do w safety but more the staff at this place. i just realized that the man who yelled at me (and it seems like several other women) is the manager, hilton. i'm also p sure that the lady who told me the infection was a bruise was laughing at me with her coworkers. i stared at them like this bc while i might be socially inept at times, i understand body language enough to know when someone's making fun of me. after she realized i had caught on she whispered something and they immediately stopped which only confirmed what i thought- they were in fact making fun of me. this place is run by bullies.

The nail girl that assisted me didn't clean the residue around my nails before curing them under the UV light, and the residue melted onto my skin and produced an allergic reaction around my cuticles and it was very painful I kept telling her but at that point she tried to peel the product stuck around my cuticles and it felt like fire, it was horrible service! And the vibe I got was not a welcoming one.
