Went in for TSA Precheck and turns out the supporting documents for my new last name were not processed here. It was a 15 min wait, busy Friday evening but got though it pretty quickly. If you DO NOT have your passport updated with your new last name then BE CAREFUL! Mine was processed with my old last name so now I have to go through a 45 day process for a name change. Really wish I was more insistent on having my supporting documents scanned. What IDEMIA processed TSA pre based on your passport :(

Ask to laminate 2 cards he said he was backed up. Nobody in store . I said does it just take a minute he said yes just stared at me I walked terrible service . How this place have 4 Star must be fake.

I needed a small job taken care of. I brought in a copy of how to turn on the split unit A/C Heater. I asked if they would laminate the copy. He asked if I wanted to wait, and I did. They were busy at the time I was there. In less than 5 minutes he waved to me, It was done, and at a very reasonable price. I have been purchasing from them for my business for over 20 years. They have always taken time and effort to get me what I needed.
