Bad experience When doing business with this person Maybe if I had paid attention to the first red flags this situation would have ended the way it did because on the first call RHON He was attentive but after that everything changed into a nightmare It turns out that the day We had already agreed that I was going to leave my car for him that same day, he didn't answer my texts so I decided to just go and drop him off and coincidentally he was there but he was there drinking alcohol and when I just arrived and looked for him by name he I was drunk (Friday November 25) With a more group of people That was my second red flag and at that point I was already doubting leaving my car with an irresponsible person like him. A curious fact was that I asked him about a part of my car which he did not know how to answer, doubting the capacity of this person if he really understands and understands this type of SAAB cars. Immediately afterwards I decided to leave my car there and go home, promising me that he would call me on Monday to tell me what the problem was with my car, which he never called me or text me I waited four more days. and Exactly I had to call him and my call was never answered. He only sent me a text telling me that the transmission was the problem, so at the same time I told him to take a photo of the VIN and send it to me so I could buy the transmission, which he never did so I was furious at that point i just decided not to wasted my time anymore and go to pick up my car the same way I left it so the day I arrived to pick up my car I simply asked him for my keys without any explanation and he already knew the magnitude of things. what is it he just told me :
Sorry im a busy
as if I were not a client which from the beginning never treated me like one so be careful with these types of people who only try to attract you to make money without caring about their character and other people's time.
Also im trying to take his fat ass to court for the town expenses wich is $ 750

They really helped me out. I live out of town and they agreed to meet me on a Saturday to work on my Saab. Very friendly and professional and they offered to check my fluids after the 4 hour journey. Will use them in the future when I have Saab-specific issues.

Our 900 Turbo convertible has had major engine and trans service along with routine maintenance. The care our Saab received was certainly appreciated.

I own a 20 year old Saab 9-5 with many miles on it. For the last 15 years, Ron has been servicing my car and is the only person I met under its hood. The quality of his work is always on point. I can describe a sound the car is making and Ron can often diagnose the issue by the time I arrive. I drive an hour to see him when the car needs servicing because he gets it right every time and stands behind his work (I'm guessing because he get my car right whenever I bring it in). I am a loyal customer because I trust him to keep my car on the road. It has 336k+ miles because Ron keeps it running properly. He has fixed every car I have brought in to him and am confident his knowledge and value will keep you coming back as well. 5 stars!!

Saab, Saab, & more Saab. There is no one more knowledgeable outside of Trollhättan, Sweden than Ron! He worked for Bud at J & B Saab until Bud retired and sold the business to employees Ron and Nikita (the Russian) a few years back. They came from the local GM dealership. GM owned Saab for two decades. Nick has since semi-retired and Ron has consolidated, moved 2 doors down in the same industrial center on Batavia St., and has re-opened just last month as Swedish Connection of O.C. The old J & B phone forwards to the new 714.930.3043 for the next few months. He's pretty busy after having moved parts inventory, tools, lifts & other equipment, business licenses, mid-project customer cars (including mine) to the new shop. So if your call goes to voicemail, fear not. He usually answers his phone even with grease all over his hands. And he's really, really nice and will never make you feel rushed on the phone. So be conscientious and keep your conversation SHORT. Get the hell off the phone! He's got work to do. Often, he'll tell you to oprder your own parts online at your best price and just bring them to him for installation. I just procured my own rack & pinion steering assembly with inner tie rods and front struts. He installed it in one long yesterday. Thanks Ron. Good luck at your new shop. You rule!

Its all about trust isnt it? Whenever my car acts odd or the dreaded dash ligh appears i run over to J & B. every time ive been given a correct diagnosis and estimate within a half hour. If they say the check engine light is on because i need a new computer...well then, i need a new computer. (Impossible to find btw. They told me to buy a used one on ebay with the warranty and installed and programmed the used part!...in an hour! With No appt!!) They know saabs. Probably one of the best specialists in the state. I used to go to tustin cadillac ($$$$) or drive to santa monica until i found these guys. Well priced pros! Someone called for an estimate while i was waiting to pay. They looked up the cost in a book. How honest is that? I love this car. Nothing drives like it. I plan to keep it forever as my weekend toy, with these guys on my side its very possible.

I've owned 5 Saab 9-3's, but never would have bought the second and beyond if it weren't for these guys. Absolutely fantastic. Fast, accurate and honest. Current daily-driver is '01 Viggen, which had many problems when I bought it, now all fixed.Ron and his partner, Nick, love IPA. Bring a 6-pack when you arrive, and you'll be friends for life. Seriously.

Brought our 9-3 in to have the clutch replaced. Work was completed on time. Highly recommend if your Saab needs repair. They are Saab experts.
