I have owned a couple of their stainless steel carts over the years, the welds break after a couple years on the bottom and where your hose attaches to the frame they need to be beefed up and they are hard to get parts for from their distributors, usually backordered , such as bearings or tires, or hitches when the springs wear out.

Sam and his guys are great! Did an awesome job building my service cart! Going on 2 years now and only issue I’ve had was a flat tire which Sam just replaced for me right now in and out of there in 15min and my cart is good to go again! Thanks Sam!

Very poor welds. Had a cart made for our work truck to carry a hammer head. With the first 2 to 3 months of having the cart, it broke in half at a weld. Just today,roughly a year after purchase, another weld has gone out on us. Leaving us with out our equipment yet again. I would not recommend this shop for any of your stainless needs. The first time it broke he seemed very up front about it and was going to fix for no fee, as he should. But once we went to pick it up he wanted 80 bucks for the repair. For a repair that look the same as the first weld. We simply told him we were not going to pay for the crummy repair and the poor service. Very poor welds and very bad service. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone that wants quality carts.
