This taco bell is generally hit or miss on their food. Today was ridiculous. Ordered the cravings box on their app, and opened up my chalupa to find THIS disgusting chalupa that looks like a bite was already taken out and it's soggy with sauce ?? who the heck sends food out like this?!

Waiting for someone to attend to us. And they walk over oh sorry we don't take orders here you have to pay on the screens over there. Very disappointed.

I usually like to go to a place several times before I leave a review. This location is well kept & good service.It's a pretty good location and I see that everything is the way it should be most of the time every time I come.I'm hoping they stay on top of the bathrooms like they usually do so everything stays good and in order. Just the way you would expect it to be.

What is happening to communication with customers? Why do I need to place my own order at a kiosk to only have to go to the register to pay cash for it? You make the customers work for their order to only pay more for less. Get someone who is willing to take customers orders without needing to have an employee come out from behind the counter.

Poor customer service in which I noticed most places are lacking now. We pay these high inflation prices and most places very poor customer service. I DONT DO KIOSKS!!! It takes jobs away!! We come out for the customer service good food and if we are going to pay for that poor service then we just eat at home. It's getting to that point anyway.

This is supposed to be a jalapeño Mexican pizza . It was my first time trying any of the Mexican pizza so I thought yum let me try it. Where's the jalapeños ? And also doesn't it come with tomato's on top. They didn't give me a receipt so I couldn't go back and say something. It was not good at all besides that . All my other food was fine but this was a big disappointment.

I don't mind paying the price, but when they make changes in a original burrito to cut cost that's not acceptable, ordered a burrito Supreme, they cut the ingredients to there cost.

This Taco Bell was the worst experience in a Taco Hell I've ever had. Empty salsa bar and napkin station to start. Worker tells us the cash register is broke and we have to use self checkout (how are they taking drive thru orders?. Then he goes and stands playing on his phone. Either get the robots out or get them to replace the lazy workers quickly!

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. Don't waste your time by coming here -- no Taco Bell craving is worth the nightmare it is to deal with this place. My sibling and I are neurodivergent and have sensory issues and can't eat certain foods. We ALWAYS make sure we order our food correctly because of that -- no tomatoes, no sour cream, etc, whatever it may be -- and ALWAYS, without fail, this restaurant fucks up our order. We have never complained and tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but I've honestly had enough. We tried to force ourselves through our sensory issues and eat the food but we couldn't. We went back to the restaurant to say something -- first staff member we spoke to said they would partially refund us and remake what we wanted, second staff member comes and tells us she can't remake or refund because food was already eaten (neither of these staff members seemed to be any sort of supervisor or manager). I ask the second staff member why the first one would tell us they will remake and refund the food if that's not aligned with their policies and she says "I don't know."Finally, an actual manager comes to the window to tell us they can't remake the order because food has been eaten. We say that's fine, and she says "Then what do you want?" and rudely tells us she's on her break and she will get in trouble for working through her break because there are cameras -- not our fault you are understaffed and your staff is incompetent and not trained correctly. If your staff was trained correctly they would all be on the same page re: refunds, food remaking, etc. and it would not have needed to go through three people to get this resolved. We tell her we just want the refund and she says she will do it. We try to ask her if she needs the card we originally paid with and she ignores us completely, only to ask us minutes later for the card. Did not even give us a receipt that shows we were refunded. I try explaining to her that it's just shitty that two autistic people have to force themselves to eat food that is difficult for them, when we ordered it a specific way, because they are not paying attention to the work they're doing. She responded: "How am I supposed to know you're autistic?" You're not. That's why we ordered the food a specific way. And your staff didn't make it correctly. Overall, shitty ass drive thru with shitty ass staff. I know working in fast food is hard. No one wants to have people complain -- I used to work in fast food, I get it. But that doesn't mean you can consistently make people's orders incorrectly. Get your shit together.Edited to add: THEIR PHONE NUMBER DOES NOT WORK! We called TWENTY times (20) -- not exaggerating -- and the calls either did not go through or the line was busy. At the restaurant, staff tried telling us they didn't know the phone was ringing because all staff was up front, but then the manager said she was in the office.

Has anyone else gotten where the price has risen, but you're getting less food? The lady at the window said that they gave me a full scoop, but there was BARELY any food inside. There is no way that can be considered servable. She wanted to charge me for extra meat, but instead I asked for a refund. She ended up just giving me the extra meat. I just thought it was kind of strange.
