This Target should be closed and their license should be checked. A target store that doesn’t respect target policy?! The supervisors are rude/unprofessional and very uninformed. This is the only Target I know that doesn’t allow you to reach HR department on the phone (I wonder why) I definitely will make complaints at Headquarters (pay and benefits) for them not respecting target policies. Supervisors don't keep their name badge on.

Customer Service here is putrid! I've been here quite a few times and the employees seemed bothered when you approach them. They barely handle any questions and are quickly dismissive. Usually feels like an empty one-sided conversation.

I like the fact that this store has several self checkouts. It's smaller than most Target stores but they have all the same cool deals

That Target store should close permanently. Sales associates are straight trash. They rather talk with friends than work. I'm standing at the register the lady turns and 5alks with friends thatcare customers. Target check your cameras 03/03/25 around 7:15-7:30pm. I should have recorded them on my phone. It doesn't matter I will not be returning. Also I will be informing my friends and family. Please don't shop at the Target in Orange on Chapman. They're trash 💯. They need to be checked.

Prices are market up because it’s close to the college. Better off going to north Tustin. Check out is horrendous. Alex is overwhelmed. Needs new management.

This is a smaller Neighborhood Target location — meaning the personal care, pharmacy, and grocery sections are full-sized, but all other sections are minimized — but the selection is always great.

Worst target pick up experience of my life. Since the order was incomplete, I spent the next hour and a half trying to solve the problem. Had to go back to the target store yet again and spend another 30 minutes, not being helped .Target “easy pick up” is not what they claim and the employee CS quality is horrible. It’s extremely apparent target does not train their employees.

This target is close by which is good. I try to only do curbside pick up at this store because some of fhe workers inside are overpaid unfriendly young people that don't want to work and don't like people. There's a lot of good employees here too but I hate when I get one of the rude unfriendly ones. I spend almost 1k a month shopping at Target and don't deserve to be treated that way. They look at you with disgust during the whole transaction like you're bothering them. It must be management that doesn't emphasize good customer service enough. Also, at this store most of the self checkout stands are broken leaving only one or two open and only one cashier working. This store needs better management. They need to get it together!

This is smaller than most Targets and doesn't have all the items as other stores, but the store is clean, and the employees are friendly. The parking lot can get congested during peak hours. I would still shop here though.
