“EDIT: I originally posted a complaint (as I have NOT had good experiences with the man I believe to be the owner- in my experience, he's rude). HOWEVER- the young man who seems to always be working there is AWESOME! He is really nice, knowledgeable and friendly. My gf had purchased a nectar collector only to get home & find out that it didn't hold water.. so she immediately returned & showed him the problem & he readily helped her fix the issue. I always leave the store satisfied & you cannot beat their prices! It is the only smoke shop I go to... which is entirely due to the young man who works there! Def check the place out, you will see what I mean.”
“From what I've seen this is THE smoke shop in the area. My friend and I were getting our nails done next door and she needed some vape products and I needed a lighter, so we stopped by Cigarettes & Cigars for Less and had a great experience. I read the reviews left for this place afterwards and saw that the store and the owner, Bash, is spoken about so highly, but barely any mention of what they offer here! I will however preface by saying Bash's reputation does precede himself, as he was so very kind and welcoming to us personally and to the other customers in the store. I noticed that while we were in there, he knew so many his customers by their names! My initial reaction upon entering the store was being wowed by the abundance of products and the touch of individuality I could see through the placement of vintage posters and car collections as decor. While we were browsing, he was showing a customer how to make their own cigarettes, which is something I've never seen or heard of before! Two other customers he knew by name came in a bit later while he was giving the demonstration and told us how he showed them the same thing, saving them hundreds of dollars. This definitely adds to the niche of this store. Other than that, what stood out to me was the large variety of cigarettes and the decent selection of the pipes and water pipes. Near the cashier was a small selection cigars, but all brand names. This store also sells accessories, candles, incense, and lottery. The reason I'm giving a full five star review for this location is that not only was the service great, there was such a large variety in products, and a niche I've never heard of before, but also that my friend said the prices here are very good in comparison to all the smoke shops she's been to before. I would definitely recommend anybody to stop by for their smoke shop-related needs!”
“More than just a smoke shop you need to check out if you are in the OC. I happened to stumble across this place while visiting with a friend who lives nearby now I just can’t go to any other smoke/vape shop. I have high expectations especially when it comes to my smoking products and this place exceeds them.I make a 25 minute drive just to come to this place it’s sooo worth it.It’s very modern and sleek, it’s very clean and smells good. Their products are reliable and legitimate with all the proper verifications so I can trust what I invest in. They have everything you need that you see online.I’ve have purchased several glass pieces from here over a year ago and they are all in amazing condition.I purchased a Terp Timer from here which helps you dab at a perfect temperature. The item is an investment and it’s still holding up and functioning perfectly after a year as well.Most recently just purchased a Puffco Cupsy a discreet cup. One of the best discreet bongs.Customer service is phenomenal I bought a delta 8 disposable that was a dud and they replaced it. That’s the type of integrity I look for in a business.This store has so many great products to get elevated. You have to visit”
