I go every year for gift card,always an hour or more wait even with one number in front.nice people. Just wish there was a way to let them know I'm just there for a gift card to cut my wait down.

Sell Ford and Chevy parts. Be prepared to wait. You have to pull a number when you arrive. I called ahead to make sure they had that part I needed and customer service was good. All clerks were knowledgeable and gave good customer service when I got here.

Thanks to this spot my 65 impala has finally has been completed. It took me years to get this far. I can not imagine ordering parts online not knowing if they may fit or not. I actually walk inn in person to pick up my parts and the guys are very knowledgeable, the know exactly what you need. They Even run to the back to get the part and show it to you before you buy. I recommend to Order your free booklet online so u can have your parts with part numbers ready on a list so when u buy in Person everything is efficient and organized. It could be nerve breaking if you just walk inn pointing parts out.

Terrible service. Long wait time for crappy China product. Do not buy their auto glass it's absolute trash and my windshield came scratched. They said tough nothing can be done. You can't speak to the counter manager because "he doesn't talk on the phone" lesson learned will not ever shop here again

They have all the parts but their customer service is terrible. Everytime I go there i have to wait about an hour just to see a rep for parts. Today I went for some parts and there was 11 people before me with only one person helping everyone and I saw 5 others guys just laughing and hiding in the back doing nothing. This is the last time I go there. They don't care about good service at all.

Ordered parts over a week ago and called to confirm my order. Been putting my motor build off for this simple part. I live in the same county as the shop and since it's been over a week, I have them a call. Took them about 20 minutes to tell me they actually no longer carry the side push rod cover gasket I ordered. Ridiculous. No call, no update, no apology. Poor business.

Unfortunately, I can't give this company 0 stars so I Have to give them one! I have bought from this store for years but I guess that doesn't matter to this company! They made a mistake on my order and I asked for the manager so that I could get the mistake fixed. Instead of keeping me as a customer she argued with me and never tried to work out anything for a mistake that her customer representative made.... really they are humans... they can make , mistakes, but at least own up to it! This manager would rather lose a customer instead of trying to work something out! I will let everyone I know to take the time to read the continuing bad customer reviews!

Ridiculous waiting time. 1 and a half hour wait. Too many employees walking around doing nothing. They need to stay open longer on Saturdays and start opening up on Sunday and Monday's. Prices at counter are more expensive then their catalogs.
