I want to let everybody know my experience here at the UPS store If you need to ship an item and you do not print off your label. They want you to email to them and they charge you $3. I expressed my dislike how I thought I was working with was okay but another employee with long hair told me if I didn't like it. Go to FedEx. I told him that FedEx does not charge. Obviously I need to take it here because. It's a UPS package. In today's world I'm surprised that I got a harsh response from this employee. With over 3 million followers on Instagram I will take care of this store. No employee should tell a customer if they do not like to 3 $ charge go to FedEx.

I was in need of passport photos and Olivia took good care of me. She was very friendly and helpful, I would recommend this place to anyone. Keep up the good work.

Been coming here for years and everything has been fantastic. Came in this afternoon and was so surprised to be met with snippy, short responses from the young woman who helped me. I had a heavy fragile item to ship and asked to see how it was going to be wrapped and all she said was we do it back there. I asked if I had somehow offended her and she said "no just answering your questions", but she really didn't. I get it, everyone has a bad day and maybe that was the case today. Hoping feedback will help keep up the normal level of service!

Thieves. Stole from me. And then tried to charge me more but luckily with their sketchiness I cancelled my card before they could steal more from me! Avoid this location at all costs, TJ is a crook!

This item was packed so carefully and so well that, for a moment, I thought they knew me and how fussy I can be. As I live over 1000 miles away, I just had to figure that they do this for everyone. Amazing!Harms

Been coming here for awhile and I always have an enjoyable experience with the customer service staff. "Nery" is amazing, so friendly, knowledgeable, friendly and professional. She is very patient when you do not understand and goes out her way to get you in and out in a timely fashion. All the staff and super great. But I mostly interact with Nery. A GREAT location to do business!!!

Wonderful young lady at the front helped me with my Amazon return I was not aware of the customer packed policy she managed to explain what their policy was for future reference took care of me and I was on my way I was pleased with her great customer service

BEWARE of this location. I had an issue here where items were missing when they sent my package back to me stating that the person I was mailing this to did not order. Lies, it was for my family who of course was expecting it. The manager who runs this location is unprofessional and UPS corporate is also a nightmare. This manager also had the nerve to try and upcharge me $70 more (I assume because of my Yelp review he saw) luckily I had changed my card so they never got it! If you care about your items getting to where they need to go, use a different UPS or USPS, never had an issue with them!

I went to the UPS store in villa park. I'm wrote a review on my experience. I can assure you the people who work at the villa park location need to come here to get properly trained. The people at Tustin st in orange are a great help. They are friendly. And best of all they actually help you. I will be coming here more often. I think the villa park location should get shut down. I can bet the owner won't care. Especially with how he runs things over at that location.
