I never thought I would write a review for a UPS store, but I just had an encounter with an employee Diego, who was super rude and made me feel super uncomfortable. He was very condescending and rude.
I go between a couple different UPS stores and from now on I will definitely not be frequenting this one if I can help it.
Diego seriously put a bad taste in my mouth! What a jerk.

Theresa was super kind and helpful. She assisted me with my Amazon return packages just before the holidays. The store had an amazing environment and everyone was super friendly. I was greeted with smiles as I walked through the door, would definitely come back here with future returns.

Fast and helpful. I was delighted to find out Nicole was a notary! She also informed me there was always one available during hours the store is open.
