They lost my $200 package. Never smiling faces . They gave me proof of receipt as well. Ups system saying package is not in possession. Really sad it’s been two days , we work day & night to earn money. They didn’t even care for my package . Worst service ever .

I have been send returns with just a scan of a barcode with so many UPS stores and even at this UPS site in the past until this older woman that told me that I had to print out the label or pay for $1.50 for her to print out the label. She didn't answer with a pleasant voice either. I will never come to this place again. With this kind of attitude customer service, I rated her as low as possible.

I frequently visit the location at 3419 E Chapman Ave in Orange, and I can’t express enough how wonderful the service is there. The staff always greets me warmly and treats me with such professionalism, especially Debra. She consistently goes the extra mile to help me out and is friendly, patient, and knows her stuff. I really appreciate how she and the rest of the crew take the time to assist, even offering packaging when I forget it for my returns. My visits have been great, no hassles, no frustrations, just a lot of gratitude for the support they provide!

Debra helps me most often & is always friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and patient (as are the other employees that have helped me too) They have helped provide packaging when I did not have it for returns & explained how to understand the app so I know when I need it. It's been a very satisfying experience! No hassles frustrations or regrets thankfully!

The staff is quite friendly and always Professional. They immediately and promptly temd to the customers from what I have seen every time I visit this location. My packages are always well taken care of as well. I plan on continuing my business at this location for as long as possible.
