This is my closest and go-to location. But lately the staff gives me a rude look/attitude. Overall the place seems uninviting or unwelcoming. Sucks because I never had this feeling before.

Came in here and received the worst disrespectful unprofessional service from Ivan and Richard both found it histerically funny that my package was in limbo for whatever reason just laughed me out the store offered no solutions and kept my slip!!!

I'm a senior, and don't do the phone B.S. I just wanted to print 2 documents. Impossible for UPS. Kept telling me about wifi. If I was home, I would just hit ONE button to print docs. They can't do that. Could not take laptop to UPS, and have them simply print two docs. They have taken technology to all time low. Now, if you don't have wifi, or a phone, they can't do a simple task. To the people who live on their phones. Twenty years after the commercial "can you hear me now", android has done NOTHING to fix it. Why? Because people like you keep buying inferior products. They have no reason to make the phones better or efficient, because they don't have to. I spend all day saying "you're breaking up; you're fading out". If everyone in the US would smash their androids with a hammer. I guarantee, they would make something that works.

I always use this UPS store. This review is NOT about the services provided in the store, ehic are great by the way! This review is for the customer service skills of the girl that helped me today. She has short green hair. I felt so uncomfortable when i walked in, she was chatting with her co-worker and gave me an ugly attitude almost if i was getting on the way of her conversation with the co-worker. Please be mindful of these things when you help customers. Thank you

The worst customer service of any UPS store I’ve ever been to. They will charge you for everything!! Even if you need to tape up a box they won’t tape it up for you…but try to sell you a roll of tape instead. I had five boxes they were pre-paid from our UPS account. They scanned the barcode from my phone and printed up the labels then said I owed them $2.70 for the labels!!

I was beyond impressed with the customer service Ivan Jacome has provided. I came in for a notary and the service and professionalism was excellent.
