I've always loved this little branch, they've been good to me over the years, but I have to rave about their ATM. First, it's finally smart and makes you take your debit card back before it dispenses your cash. I can't count the number of times in the last 30ish years I've left my card in the machine because I'm more worried about putting my money away. Second, you can get $100 bills!!! Not only that, but you can actually tell the machine HOW you want your cash. It's only $20's and $100's, but it's so nice to be able to not get a bunch of $20's if you want more than $40.

Fast and easy. They do seem to have staff turnover and some of the employees aren't too eager to help but overall good customer service compared to other banks I've used in the area.

Doesn't matter who you are, Banks play a very important role in our everyday lives. We're all interested in low fee's, decent interest rates, but most importantly at the top of my list is Customer Service and Availability to my funds. Having access when I need it and working with a branch that knows me and my banking needs are critical in my business and the type of financial relationship I was seeking.It was by luck, that I ran into Branch Manager, Jamie Iwai. I orginally met Jamie at the Tustin Branch and have followed her to this current location.Once you meet her, you'll find that Jamie is a people person! She understands the value of developing those interpersonal relationships and the importance of making every customer feel appreciated. I have found her to be extremely knowledgeable and very comfortable discussing products and applications for both my Personal and Business Banking needs. This highly professional approach is share by each of her team members. Consistently on each visit, my interactions with Edward, Don and Yulisa have met the professional standard I expect. Yes, I have high expectations, but when it comes to money and investments there is very little room for error.#usbank

Worst customer service, 2 tellers and 2 customers and I have to wait 15 mins to get service. I was the only in line with 2 customers at the window, 1 teller go done with the her customer, instead of taking care of me, she went to do miscellaneous things and let me wait for the other teller who is on a long transaction. US bank need to train their employees better.

After going to the US Bank on Kattela and Batavia and being told their system was down and according to the teller that means all other US Banks systems were probably down to but really that was not the case. So we went to this US Bank on Tustin and the teller told us that all systems have been working fine all day. You can never get anything done at the bank on Kattela.

This place doesn not have lunch hr posted but it is closed for lunch. We drove here to use the bank but they said they are closed for lunch and refused to help us. Waste of our time.

One of the best USB branches, great staffs; Ms.Rachel, Mr.Bryan, all the rest.. I missed Mgr.Ronnie. Small but great cheerful services, that's why they keep-up busy paces to please happy members. We've been USB members since '90s & will be as long as it exists.

Staff could be friendly.They started charging me $5 per month for sending me a statement that no other bank does and put burden on me to take action to sign on line which required a bank card and pin code etc. They did not send me the card and when I received it, it did not work. I think they should have told me about this fee when I opened the account.It seems no one has discretionary power or authority or may be they are not telling me the truth.I would never again open an account there or recommend that anyone should.

This location is very well managed . The former manager Ron ,did a very good setting up the branch with an excellent staff . .
