11/23/2025 | secured a climate controlled 5 x 8 storage unit via the Kiosk after hours outside of 1562 N Main St location. I wanted to get a visual idea of the size I rented. I had a small issue of locating the unit but after speaking to Stephanie on the phone she made my search and entrance easy. 12/05/2025 | realized I needed more space
and I called Stephanie and she assisted me over the phone and helped me secure another unit the right size for what I needed. Stephanie is professional and very helpful. I saw her on my last visit to my second unit and she was equally helpful in assisting me to enter the building digitally and walked me to the actual unit. 12/06/2025 was my last visit to fill up my second unit and Stephanie was equally helpful in assisting me to enter the building digitally and walked me to the actual unit. This type of service is rare and beyond what is customary these days. She went above and beyond customer service leaving me feeling I made a good choice using Extra Space Storage. Thank you so much Stephanie!

I recently stopped into this ExtraSpace with some questions about renting storage units. I was unfamiliar with storage and I was a little nervous, I dont typically like asking questions. I was met with Stephanie right as I entered the office, and she was incredibly nice and friendly. She was able to answer all my questions and never made me feel like I wasn't welcome! If you are interested in storage or even just have questions, definitely look for or ask for Stephanie!

I had the best experience at this storage. It’s always clean, the office people are helpful and friendly. When I forgot my code and I had no access to the app they were quick to provide me with the code and help me with the app issues. I also noticed the times I went to get some stuff from storage they have employees walking around which as a mom made me feel safe.

Edward was very helpful and was very easy to talk to. He answered all our questions and gave suggestions so we can arrive at the best decision. We asked to be shown a unit of the same size as what we’re looking for and he graciously obliged. He even reserved it for us so we are guaranteed the unit if we decide to take it. Great customer service!

Storage area easy to access. The price is much more reasonable than the last unit However does not appear to be as climate controlled as I had hoped. Yet perfectly adequate for my use.

Had questions about the policies and procedure and how to manage my account online. Edward was very helpful on answering those questions and clear about how to best manage my account online and the steps i needed to take be able to check my account moving forward.
