Wanted to switch from t mobile to Verizon. The switch alone was difficult but our main reason going at this time was It was supposed to be an iPhone 14 for free for switching carriers. And if you traded your phone in , it would be $2/mo for the 15. We had two lines so it worked perfect for us.
My biggest issue was Yvette Literally lied to us over and over again and forced us to add things on our plan because we “had too in order to get the promotion”
Come to find out she didn’t even give us the promotion and charge us for all of the perks that we didn’t want or ask for. Got my bill today and it was like $256 for two lines..
Ended up going into a different Verizon to find out that everything that we were told we had to have in order to “get the promotions” was a lie .
She never submitted the free iPhone 14 so when we got our bill, we were getting monthly fees for it on top of the line itself. Along with paying for my 15.
She profited off us even tho we asked her over and over and over again to give it to us the cheapest way possible. We went in a week later too because I had issues with a transfer and the bill seems so high, and she assured us that everything was fine.
Needless to say, I just spent an hour and 15 minutes on the 611 line fixing Yvette’s mistake. I would suggest asking for any other employee, if I were you going to this location.

I am having an issue with an order for a new phone, that I have not received. They could not get me out of the store quick enough. The lady called support on my phone and basically told me to leave. I can’t recommend ordering online, because that has been the issue… but I also can’t recommend going to this store, it is awful. I arrived around 2:45 on January 4th, 2024, the lady with dark braided hair was terrible, I wish I would have gotten her name.
Update: I called support and cleared my online order that was having issues and went back into the store to redo the order. The phone representative, who was great, checked and said they had one in stock and I could just redo my order in the store and walk out with a phone. I went back in, tried to go to a different representative but the same lady cut me off.. asked if I cleared it up, I said yes and wanted to get a new phone in the store. Without checking the updates on my account, she said I couldn't. I asked if I could work with someone else; she said it doesn't matter, I can't get a new phone because I have another order pending.. I think she was the manager. She wouldn't even let me get a word out so I left. I did my order online.

I was very impressed with Steven at the Village in Orange. He was patient and long suffering as he helped me through decision making and then assisting me with transferring all information from my old iPhone to the new 14. I didn't give Steven 5 stars due to the only issue i had which with the pricing - terribly expensive and there were no 'deals' to be had although Steven searched for them. No trade-ins available to help with the cost. However, for an older and tech-challenged customer, Steven was courteous and extremely understanding. I thank him for his patience!

After reading the reviews for this store I was apprehensive to visit. I finally went to purchase a phone once I did my own research and I was pleasantly surprised. Steven worked the deals and offered me a good deal. He explained every step clearly. Then, took the time to make sure my phone transferred correctly. Thanks so much for help.

I've been on there several times this past year- each time is a worst experience than before. Worst customer service ever. Sadly, I've been going this store for YEARS and it's continuously going downhill. The manager is rude, employees have no care in the world seems like they just want to get paid by the hour and do minimal work. All they want you to do is "call customer service" - and then you can't get ahold of anyone, nor can't get a resolution. Verizon is loosing loyal customers QUICK!! I've been a customer of them for over 16 years - I wish I would have left sooner.

I have always commended Verizon for the exceptional service, enthusiasm, and knowledge their employees were able to provide, but the employees at this store gave me the impression that they did not even care. Yesterday, I came into the store (2 hours before close) to hopefully get my order resolved and phone number transferred to a new device. Due to technical issues on THEIR end with our order, we had to queue in line THREE times, which ended up taking an hour of our time. By the third time, they told us there was nothing they could do because the store is closing in 1 hour, they could not accommodate us, and we had to make an appointment for tomorrow. I later realized that the employees at this store were not only unwilling to help us, but were also incompetent, which is unlike any experiences that I have received at other Verizon stores. After calling customer service (Verizon store employee also refused to assist with this) and trying various functions in the Verizon app, I was able to resolve my order and transfer my number within 30 minutes (before they closed). I wasted my time coming here, and will never seek assistance from this store again.

Absolutely NO star! Worst Management Ever!!! The guy (Robert) who was claiming that he is the store manager has absolutely no idea what the management is!!! He is unaware of the very basic rules of business management! Verizon (+++) store manager (------)!!!!

*Don't buy services @ this store*The customer service at this location is terrible. Went in to return a phone and was refused service because I came in 50 minutes before closing on 6/4/23 @5:10pm. The representative outright refused to help me and was trying to get me to come in another day, mind you I got there 50 minutes before closing. The rep. said they were only helping by appointment; I was advised by the call center that no appointment was needed for this store. No where out side or inside the store does it say by appointments only. Not the first review of customers complaints for the same reasons and wait times where you are ignored for long periods of time with no acknowledgment.
