Nice selection of plants. Varieties that you won't find in the big box stores. Knowledgeable staff as well.

Awful customer service. You think for the prices they charge, they'd be willing to be high-quality customer service. I walked by 5 employees, not one said high or offered to help. The man at the counter was rude when I asked how much a plant was. He said scan this code, and it will tell you, while very reluctantly looking up price. I'm done shopping here, and you should be as well.

Ordered sod and was assisted by Jonathan. It was really easy to order and he had it for me within a week. They also helped me load it into my truck. The grass was very nice when I picked it up. I have ordered through this location twice now and each time it went well. Thanks

If you don’t want to work on a Sunday, then don’t be open. Employees were unprofessional to a point of aggressiveness and clearly just not wanting to be there or help anyone. Go next door to Upland Nursery, where the inventory is plentiful and the employees were beyond happy to help, so friendly and attentive.

I came to get some inside and outside plants for the house and I was greeted very nicely by Sarah. After speaking with her I realized I had no idea what I was doing and the advise she gave me was so awesome and helpful. She gave me options, her opinion on things and why she thought what she thought and gave me pros and cons to specific plants. It was a pleasant experience I didn't expect to have, thank you Sarah and Site One for the help, experience and education. I'll definitely be back.

As a professional landscaper, this nursery is my favorite for many reasons. First and most importantly, the people that work here KNOW THEIR STUFF! Not just what plants can go where, but from a design perspective they are also fantastic. The staff (Brad, Erin, Jonathan, Steve, Pam, Bree, Gus, Sara, Chiva, Rolando!) always get me what I need and even take the time to call just to see if I need anything. I go there to see gorgeous plants, get inspiration, find new specimens, learn new practices, buy beautiful pottery, and RELAX! (I am stoked that they have fountains now too!) To shop and be among great people who love what they do is a rarity. It's a special place and I am so happy with the top quality of their products; I'm going on my tenth year as a customer and still feel giddy when I pull in the parking lot!

How unfortunate it is when a company doesn’t stand behind their products. It’s even more unfortunate when their employees are dismissive to their customers. Here’s what I experienced today:Me (with receipt in one hand, dead $65 rose in other): “I bought two roses back in January, planted them next to each other and one is doing great, but this one ‘gave up the ghost’.”Dismissive Employee (D.E.): “January?”Me: “Yes.”D.E.: “ Well, that was an awful long time ago!”Me: “So, ‘no’ then?”D.E.: “No.”Me: “k, bye.”I can understand that Village Nurseries may choose not to warrant their products. And, it does say that on the receipt. But, come on. . .this isn’t some $2.00 tomato plant, this was a pricey rose. I’m not cheap and have happily spent plenty of money at Village Nurseries. As a matter of fact, I was looking forward to getting a same or similarly priced rose along with a cartful of other plants to spruce up my gardens this weekend. That all changed with the dismissive treatment I encountered today. It is the first time (and LAST) that I’ve ever been dismissed by Village Nurseries staff. My hubby and I treat ourselves to a trip to VN every couple of months and drop a couple hundred bucks on plants for our gardens. Guess we’ll be doing that elsewhere from now on.Mind you, the place wasn’t busy. Only three or four vehicles in the parking lot and no one other than “D.E.” visible at the registers. I’ve shopped at VN many times when the place is jumping and there are four or five people working behind the counter and customers are queued up in line. Not today. Not busy like that. So, I cannot fathom why the grey haired male employee (D.E) was in such a dismissive mood. And, it’s not my problem, I can shop elsewhere. So can my business partner. Between the two of us we own a dozen residential properties. Residential properties with homes that we either live in or rent. Homes with gardens. Gardens that need products similar to what Village Nurseries sells. Products we can buy from some other company.

I do not recommend this nursery, Corporate and not friendly! Charged restocking fee eventhough we canceled next day and the plans had not been even shipped!! Overpriced!!! Do not recommend at all. Not happy!

If I could i would give them minus rating! Do not buy as they corporate, dishonest and do not disclose all facts when you buy plants from them!
