I had the worse experience at vista paint at orange as never before due to a the service I received starting from the behind the counter guy that didn't closed one of the cans of paint that my husband went to buy for one of our jobs since we have a construction company and always been vista paint clients as unfortunately that is going to change after this incident that ima explain so you all customers should know so it doesn't happen to any of you because vista paint doesn't care about it's customers as they preach since they didn't carefully closed one of the cans it spilled in back of the truck bed and at our clients property causing damage my husband put two of our employees to quickly try to take care of the spilled and went back to expose what had happened at first they were so polite and helpful and told my husband to go get the truck taken care of and to submit an invoice of the cost of the damages and apologize to him when my husband went back with the invoice that's when their attitude towards everything change and started questioning even though my husband provided invoices if the expenses and pictures of the damages the manager at the store said that he couldn't do anything or pay any damages cause and send the problem higher then he got a called from a higher manager name Carlos Esparza and he started to my husband that he wasn't going to pay for any damages and for my husband to do whatever he wanted to do this is so unacceptable since we had to pay our employees to clean up the mess caused at our clients property which that incident was so unfortunate that it even jeopardizes our own company because of the damage at our clients property and they didn't care at all it's so sad that they treat and are so careless this so important for the reputation of vista paint as well as their customers companies not show so much disrespect and careless even towards others people properTy specially when we been faithful customers and used their products for so many years they been a total disappointment please to all check your cans before leaving the store to avoid this problems because unfortunately they do not care at all Sincerely;Luis Rey Paez /Steven R Smith from EEXXPO LAND.CONST.

This location is a bit older/outdated but the employees are so nice and helpful. I called ahead to ask if they had a certain paint and they were able to hold it for me and help bring it to my car since it was heavy. The paint works well, too!

I have never had an issue with vista ever. When I've gone in the employees have always been helpful, kind, and knowledgable. They never made me feel stupid when it came to buying paint and supplies. However a recent incident involving an employee has left me feeling this way and feeling embarrassed. When I asked for a specific paint color for touch up the man proceeded to tell me in a very snippy and rude tone what finish do you want, you've got to know your finish or else I can't help you. This raised a red flag for me because it is YOUR JOB to help out your customers not belittle them. He then picks up a small can In the color I needed and slams it on the cashiers counter while giving me a dirty look while other employees just looked on and didn't say a word to me. Vista paint you guys are better than this. This experience was completely unacceptable as a customer and trust me I've worked in customer service. This whole situation from start to finish could have been handled in a more professional manner.

Living with an HOA means that when it comes time to paint your house, you get to pick whatever color you want, as long as it is the one approved by the HOA. My HOA's approved color scheme lived here at this Vista Paint, so here is where I went to get what I needed. Thankfully, it isn't a bad option as far as paint stores go.They were helpful and mixed up the gallon I needed for the 1st project (there will be more, many, many more gallons to come) pretty quick, and had plenty of other supplies to help out with what I need to get the job(s) done.
