Rude, disrespectful gen z’s working here. Will never return. Volcom; pre-screen your staff better. 3 lazy women standing behind the counter in this tiny store. Number one 3 lazy gen z’s is way too many for this store. The RBF dishwater blonde that doesn’t know what a smile is, FIRE HER. Completely inept about Volcom product line, you have one job, sell Volcom, educate yourself, I’m sure that’s a stretch for you. Inept and poor customer service employees will damage your business.

The service is hit and miss in here depending on who you get. Went on an empty weekday and had to practically beg for service. No shorts were available in a smaller men's size in the unique pattern I liked. They did find me a pair in the back; was so excited only to take them home and find they had been mistagged. Ugh. Returned on a busy weekend and had better service even finding the correct men's shorts with sizing that matched the tags. The little boys and toddler boy shorts are pricier than most places and unfortunately the sizing is way too big when looking for a fit little boy. The women's clothes are less than desirable unless you are a 20 something waif, which is probably why I was ignored when I first entered. While I am no longer 20 something, I have a lot more money than I did back in the old days, something that those 20 somethings working there don't really care about, either way. Can't beat the shorts and shirts for males, but their two week return policy is ridiculous. I was shopping for our upcoming trip and couldn't return in time, so I decided that it was better to buy too big for some growing boys than too small. Since they still make great quality clothing, a solid four they remain.
