Order with uber your shopping and it goes into a drivers phone for 2seconds , that's it that's all. ,maybe you put five mins into ordering . Yet the driver is treated like he is disposable .. and gets every vons shopping order , For 2 SECONDS TO DECIDE ON THE ORDERS.. They MAKE IT THIS WAY AND LEAVE IT THAT WAY... PROVING THIS TECHNOLOGY IS DANGEROUS AND UNSAFE TO USE GENERALLY..... UBER DONOT CHANGE THE DRIVER EXPERERIENCE THE PUBLIC NEVER SEES.

I ordered to be picked up. Easter ham included for 1.44 per lb. My order was apx 130. For Easter. I get an email half hour before pickup they substituted the same brand cure 81 ham that was 10 lbs for a 3 Lb cure 81 ham that the 3 lb was $24 more expensive than the 10 lb. Then I downloaded the app to see my order and it doesn't sync with my online account.
Ralph's 100% now.

Why did I get an email that my order was ready and the ham wasn't there although it was in your weekly ad?
I have 10 people over for Easter. You misses the whole point of my complaint.

#1 the store is ice cold. I was shivering while shopping and I wasn't the only one!!! #2 ALL THE EMPLOYEES act as though they are owed something. Never want to help if they can avoid it. I hate this store. It's the worst Vons ever!

Love the Drive Up & Go option here! Today I placed an order and Laura was on it! She was even waiting for me in the parking lot. She was there with a smile and all my needs for Super Bowl! So helpful!

Waited in an express lane just to get a gift card while the cashier checked out several people ahead with large orders. Thought an express lane was for 15 items or less.

The quality of the vegetables was out if this world. The whole store had items that other stores don't carry. The bakery and the bake goods are so good.

What an asset Lucy is to this company. She's a Sushi master. Always smiling and friendly, willing to make happily accommodate special requests and she does it with kindness. Sushi is fresh and delicious every time! Thank you Lucy for your kindness and superb service.

So I called ahead for a special meat order. Was promised by 4 pm on Friday. Go there and no ridere - when the counter dude called the "manager", he claimed there was a "miscommunication", and guaranteed to have it from me by 6 am on Sunday. Went in at 2 pm to give them plenty of time, and still no order. Didn't have enough supply to do it. What a bunch of inept hacks, if you can't do the job say so, but don't waste my time with empty promises. Never again.

Best Bakery. Their cakes are delicious and beautifully decorated. Purchased a small cake for a birthday, too small to write anything. They suggested a plastic happy birthday sign, which they added at no charge. Perfect touch. Happy customer.

Store is close to my home so I come to this location often. Employees are nice for the most part. However, I'm always hoping I don't get this lady named rose or Rosa. Who seems like she hates her job and hates you for having the audacity to stand in her line to purchase your groceries. Unfortunately, she's usually the only checker open during my shopping hours so I almost always have to see her. And watching her be super rude to a nice lady trying to make conversation, was so sad. I've literally only witnessed her in a good mood on rare occasions. Like I get it, work sucks... but dang.
