what can I say it's Walmart. you're lucky if anybody in the store actually talks to you I never really had a bad experience but then again I kind of avoid this location or this store because you can never find any help from anybody really. and if you make it to the register, you're lucky if the person there is confident enough to help you.

On their website it says they have a certain item in stock and allowed me to purchase said item for delivery, that order was then canceled by the store with no feedback towards why. I ordered the same order for in store pick up and got an email within 10 minutes of the pick up time that the item was not in stock and that they were going to replace my items with different ones which I did not agree or consent to. I walked in to the store and told the worker working at the online order pick up area that I wanted to cancel my order because they are not giving me what I ordered. The worker told me no problem and took the items they substituted and scanned them then told me that I was all set and down with nothing else needing to be done. Two days later I have still not received a refund nor does the Walmart website show that my order was canceled.

I have traveled all over the United States visiting virtually hundreds of Walmarts. This is by far the most poorly run Walmart in the entire United States.Currently over 60 customers waiting in DO IT YOURSRLF check out line (four self check registers closed) and ten customers in each manned check out line (half of manned regusters closed). Isles are gridlocked.UNSAFE and a FIRE HAZARD!!!The only Walmart I know that stocks by day. Absolutely ridiculous to throw these stockers and carts on top of shoppers.Requested help and waited for access to men's undershirts under glass, lock and key. No employee ever came. Guess they don't really want to sell items under glass since they don't have a floating employee to access requests. If you say something to any employee they will tell you to your face that they don't care.

No point in calling it self-checkout if employees are going to do it or breathe down your neck and get in the way as you check out. May as well open other registers instead.

This Walmart refused to give me a refund on a product that they say they don't give refunds on yet at the point of sale and on the shelf in which the product is located there is no mention that this product is not refundable though there is a disclaimer on the bottom of a receipt that I was given ask you this question folks who reads the bottom of their receipts so when I tried to return these pokemon cards that were unopened I could not get my money refunded back to me now each one of these pokemon card kits is $30 so that's $90 plus tax that I lost to this Company called Walmart because they don't post non-refundable signs next to the products they sell or at the point of sale when you purchase them I will be very skeptical about products from Walmart in the future.

I rated 1 star on "rooms" because I didn't understand what "rooms" regards to. Perhaps meaning restrooms/dressing rooms? Parking spaces? While visiting this location I didn't go in restrooms nor dressing rooms. As for parking spaces, there WAS plenty of room for parking. Spaces were roomy enough to open car door to exit & re-enter the vehicle.

In less than 12 hours for 15 bucks tip and delivery fee...thanks delivery guyI still don't care for Walmart dumb employees. Pay more than minimum wage they might wake up.

Always over crowded, no carts available unless you hit the parking lot to grab one. Usually only one register open, so you have to wait in a big line for self check out.Floor associates are not helpful, take forever to assist with stuff in locked cabinets and just look genuinely unhappy to be there (it is Walmart, so I don't blame them for not wanting to be there)If you're lucky enough to get a person on a register, they're usually really slow with scanning and what should be a 2 minute thing turns in to 10 minutes.

When you try to buy double AA batteries a little lady in blue blazer comes up and starts to interrogating you to the 3rd degree. Then she takes the batteries from your cart and say what checker she's going to give them too. Worst service experience ever. She acted as if I was trying to steal them, and was not trustworthy enough to even purchase the batteries. I guess blue jeans and blue stripped collar shirt means you look like a criminal. I was even stopped at the door to show receipt. Which is normal, but they guy commented whats 40.00 dollars? You got an item that's 40.00 dollars? I Said, "yes, two of them. It's an air filter." I guess I look like the guy who steals 1 pack of AA's and can't afford to buy a single air filter. Thanks Walmart.

Small for a Walmart. Went there for the first and only time. Not an exaggeration, half of the items I had on my list were out of stock or not sold there. Frustrating. I have to drive to a Supercenter further away in Southern California traffic.

Honestly this is not the 1st Walmart I haven been to that has big gaps in the restrooms but, it’s the 1st one I seen that anyone can put their finger and unlock the door.

Stepping into the Walmart at the Orange Mall is like stepping into a time machine. It's a vestige of a vibrant past, comfortably nested in a somewhat faded mall, yet standing as its strong, beating heart. This place has a unique quietude that transcends the bustling, overwhelming chaos that usually characterizes a typical Walmart experience. On my recent visit, I found myself struck by an unprecedented sight – an empty customer service counter. Now, as a seasoned Walmart shopper, you can imagine the rareness of this sight. Normally, this area is a hubbub of activity, with a constant flux of customers and busy staff. But on this particular occasion, it was all peace and tranquility. While the store was quieter than usual, the spacious aisles and neat displays were a breath of fresh air. I did experience a minor hiccup when I found that the item I needed was out of stock, which I suppose is a testament to the popularity of the store's offerings. However, it's worth noting that, aside from that one item, the shelves were generally well-stocked and well-organized, a testament to the efficiency of the staff. The serenity continued up to the checkout, where I was greeted by several open registers, making the process smooth and efficient. This Walmart definitely wins points for its ease of navigation and lack of waiting times, whether that's due to the time of day, or simply the nature of this particular location.Overall, despite the hint of nostalgia hanging over the Orange Mall, the Walmart store shines as a beacon of efficiency and tranquility. A seemingly calm oasis amidst the hustle of retail, offering a refreshingly relaxed shopping experience. Remember, they're just a few clicks away online for anything not available in-store.In a world where every second counts, it's a pleasure to find a store that gives you room to breathe, while still ticking all the boxes of convenience, variety, and accessibility. So, if you're looking for an 'easy in, easy out' shopping experience, Walmart at Orange Mall might just become your new favorite go-to spot.

Found some things. Decent prices. However, the employees around apparel are rude and uninterested in assisting customers. Especially at the changing room. The changing room is my biggest grievance with this Walmart. It is NEVER open when I shop there for new clothes. And also. I noticed the cashier stations, as well as the conveyor belts, were unacceptably dirty with filth that I did not even want to put my merchandise on there. So I went to the self check out.The employees there were actually nicer. Needed help a couple of times when one of my shirts had no tag and the employee there helped us out no problem. And when I try to void one of the items I had changed my mind with. Another employee helped me out on that.So the self checkout was a better experience. My main grievance is that the changing rooms are never open at a convenient time. Very inconvenient when wanted to try on multiple things. There needs to be a better system, policy, or procedure when it comes to managing and operating the changing rooms. Very unacceptable.

A few weeks ago, a couple guys stole my backpack out of my cart, Kyle, in loss prevention was hot on their trail. The backpack was recovered and all it's contents. It did take the store stockers about 10 days to find my keys. Kyle and the night stocking crew were diligently searching, without giving up, until they were found.Saved me $400 for a new car key. Thanks everyone.

Today I was harassed by 2 men outside the entry; they were allegedly running surveys about voting. They ignored the man I was with and hounded me. I shook my head and hand at them (international body language to mean don't talk to me) which they ignored and approached me asking questions. One man walked between my male companion and me. I said directly to this harasser "I am not interested." These men then chose to mock me for saying I wasn't interested, calling me names and insulting me all while laughing. The shock of the experience took a while to sink in. I was only in the store for a few minutes. It wasn't until I was leaving that I realized how much their behavior had harmed me. I left via an alternative exit.I searched online for the store contact information to report the incident but found nothing. The entire experience was appalling, unacceptable and left me feeling vulnerable and at risk.I won't ever be shopping at this store again.
