“I've always loved this little branch, they've been good to me over the years, but I have to rave about their ATM. First, it's finally smart and makes you take your debit card back before it dispenses your cash. I can't count the number of times in the last 30ish years I've left my card in the machine because I'm more worried about putting my money away. Second, you can get $100 bills!!! Not only that, but you can actually tell the machine HOW you want your cash. It's only $20's and $100's, but it's so nice to be able to not get a bunch of $20's if you want more than $40.”

“This is my favorite Stater Brothers. This location is very clean and you can tell it takes pride on appearance, which makes fabulous. The produce section I wish some produce would better on quality and bigger expectations. Recently, cucumbers, green beans, celery and few others quality isn't great. Hope this can improve. The butchers are so helpful and are prompt. Greats selection of protein. The cashiers are so friendly and always suggest to help me to assist me, with my groceries. The one thing I get upset at myself is my bags! I always forget. So don't forget your bags. They have sushi location as soon you walk in, will be to the right. The produce section has 2 team members cutting fruit and placing them in containers. They do have a mini bakery but they have a baker to assist. As soon as you walk they have best tortillas I've ever had! Flour and corn! Different sizes. The team that I encountered with are so kind and helpful. One person I wish I knew his name but he is a young Caucasian male, with ash blonde curly a bit long hair, gets the carts. He is so helpful! Complete hands on!He might putting carts away, but he is aware of his surroundings. He will notice who needs a hand and will assist. He has helped me so many times and I'm very grateful for the service he gives. This individual is a rockstar and know how genuinely helpful he is to your customers. Kudos to him Definitely stop at this location for groceries, you will be happy. Thank you for having such an attentive team”

“I can't give it a 5 star how ever they love to help and always greet when it's very busy. I ask as many question as I can and they answered all the time, one time I had to wait for 4 days to prances my check but they gave who to call and push a very nice transaction almost half my check the very same day I so pleased to receive my money the day after.”

“I've been a customer at Staters Bros on Carmel Mountain Rd for close to three years. and always had such excellent customer service with Mr. Joe Bravo, he was the best which shows great leadership from top to bottom. I am sad to have found that he retired. The store will never be the same without him.”

“I never have to wait in the line for long when I get my transactions done here. The staff is comprised of neat professionals. I lost my debit card; got it replaced; wanted to keep my old debit card number because all my food delivery accounts are synced and saved with it (PSN, most importantly); Zaid Diaz offered me to report it damaged instead and I will be able to keep the old number. I agreed fully. Boom! I don't know much about banking, but to me he was my problem solver for the day. Thanks Mr. Diaz. (read his name carefully). God bless. #JLJ”

“I enjoy banking with this group as they simplify everything and make the process seamless for me as a business owner. It's a significant advantage to have such ease in managing my finances. In particular, my interactions with Mike at this location have been exceptional. He is always friendly and welcoming, making me feel like a valued friend rather than just another customer. Mike is one of the primary reasons I chose to open an account with BofA. I am grateful for the excellent service provided by BofA and its team, and I look forward to achieving financial success with them for many years to come.”
