I highly recommend this branch for their excellent on site customer service, I highly recommend Jared Shuman who is one of the most kind, attentive, and professional bank managers that you could have the privilege to interact with!

Avoid at all costs.....I have had spent over twenty five hours trying to close a family members account after their death with this branch. I have had multiple in person appointments trying to close an account. I have filled out multiple forms with them still unable to close the account after the fourth meeting. All promises and actions are not followed up on. They fail to take action and do not return phone calls and do not provide updates. They are happy to just do nothing and ignore customers. Go to a credit union or a bank with actual customer service before you come here.

The staff is very helpful; especially branch manager Jared Shuman. He is very friendly and helpful. He takes care of his customers very well. He determines what needs to be done and goes out of his way to to solve almost any problem. We are happy to be banking with Wells Fargo.

The WORST bank ever. We went to cash their own check, and they refused. They gave now reason. So, we must conclude they are totally incompetent or going out of business.

This bank has become such a joke. They should just demolish it. Every time I come in, there's a huge line and only one or two cashiers helping customers. They need to hire more people. Furthermore, every time I come in to do the most mundane transaction, and have a question, the bank tellers look at me like I'm speaking Chinese because they're not even bankers. What's the point of hiring people to run a bank that aren't qualified to run a bank in the first place. Taking my money to US BANK where everyone at the front counter is a licensed banker who can help with any of my banking needs. Goodbye.

Heidy, Gracie and Jared are the best. Always happy to help and give great service. The lines tend to be long at times but that's the only complaint I have!Also give those 3 a raise they deserve it!!

Just met with Sumari who provided me with legendary customer service. Instead of making me wait for an hour or more for a business representative to help me with a wire transfer, she offered to help me immediately. Customer service is a skill and she has it down.

20 people waiting and only 1 teller available. 3 bankers chilling at their desks. Same situation every time I come to this branch. Don’t recommend it.

I am dealing with my cousin’s estate from out of country and have been to this branch multiple times. Customer service is fantastic. Oscar worked through a long process with me and was professional, kind and made the long waits (caused by corporate paperwork) bearable. Jared, the manager, was warm, welcoming, and extremely helpful. And several other members of their team made an effort to make this process easier for me.Thank you all!

I went into this branch on a whim and have never felt more welcomed. Yes, the line was long and they didn't have every teller window staffed, but most companies are understaffed. When I got to the teller window, she was pleasant and quickly escalated my issue. Unlike the branch down the street from my house, one of the branch managers came out to help me. He reviewed the paperwork I had, did not judge, and resolved my issue in less than 30 min. I had spent hours and multiple trips trying to get this resolved with what I used to consider my branch. Jared and Oscar, thank you for your amazing customer service. This is definitely my new branch moving forward.

This is the worst location. Every time I come there is always a big line. I counted 15 teller windows and they only open two each time. They need to hire more staff or get other employees to open.

I can confirm what the other reviewers state, the wait is almost always going to be long. For the amount of business they receive, they are understaffed. At the same time, I think the customers waiting to see a real person usually have more complicated transactions which can take a long time so I don't always blame the staffing. The only reason we come to this branch is our safe deposit box is here. (Another example of a customer that pulls a teller away from the window making it look like they are understaffed.) They've sped up the process of getting into your box a little by signing electronically now which is nice, but they always have to hunt for the right key as there are (I think?) 3 or 4 different banks of boxes in their safe and some of the box numbers are duplicated (and yet another process that slows them down). On the other hand, every employee we've interacted with has been super friendly and nice. We always leave feeling like they were happy to help us, which is not always true of a bank.

I used to work here for about a couple years or so and it is a busy branch with high volume however it feels like a family with the clients and employees and alot of the clients are super nice and easy to talk to I miss working here as I felt like I made a difference ❤️
