DO NOT PURCHASE GIFT CARDS FROM THIS STORE! AND THE MANAGEMENT IS NOT GOOD! I purchased numerous gift cards and ALL OF THEM were used prior to me giving them to people!!! They had me jump through fiery hoops, giving them receipts, photos, and gift cards and then.... DID NOTHING!!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE ever! They should have made this right!! MY hard earned money.... gone! to thieves!!!! no support from the store! The gift card company is a JOKE!! I filed with the FTC, notified media and am filing a theft report! This has been going on since December and today, 3/4/24, I called to follow up and was told they never remedy this for people. WHY didn't you say this from the get go?!!?!? I live 50 miles away and had to go back there to drop everything off to them and for what?!!???????? NOTHING!!!! HORRIBLE STORE! No wonder Rite Aids are out of business!!!!

When picking up, this western union does not do transactions for over $999. Also there areno attendants, you call(a western union phone located inside) and someone over the phone gives you a code for the Rite Aid person to dispense the cash

Growing up this rite aid was always such a lovely experience, now it is horrible. The workers are always rude. Very snarky. I asked the lady to use the restroom and she was very rude with a snarky attitude and said "you can't just go ask the pharmacy " she was an older lady & mind you the pharmacy has a job to do and they were busy with over 10 people in line. This associate had no line and nothing to do just standing there twiddling her thumbs. The young brats are super rude to & all they do is gossip & seem annoyed when they actually have to do there job. This rite aid has tanked majorly and is continuing to tank they can't keep staff either. I guess that's why the staff they have are super rude & stuck up! Hopefully it changes eventually. But for now this place sucks & I only come here cause it's close to my house otherwise I'd never step foot in this pathetic rite aid.

Despite the prompt response of customer service to my earlier review, they did absolutely nothing and did not even have the courtesy to reply to my detailed email. Losers. Public restroom is the only reason to venture in here.

This drug store should be called. "NO AID"... my roommate had his doctor call in a prescription for horrible back pain at 6:00pm. The pharmacy closes at 8pm. When he called to ask if he could pick it up in a few, the person said " no we stop filling prescriptions at 6:00!". hello. He said but you don't close til 8pm! she was very rude and basically said too bad for him. They WOULD NOT fill it. He had to take it over to another pharmacy! what kind of nonsense is this?

Their Thrify's ice cream closes at 11:30pm, fyi! I called them to find out, and the worker seemed happy to help answer my question...also I'm writing more because yelp requires a certain amount of text characters

We like Thrifty ice cream so we come here for it. We especially like that we can get the 1.5 Qt but today there was none of one we wanted. Took the ones we planned on getting to the register & asked the cashier if there were anymore. I asked if there was were none on the shelf & he said they were out. The shelves were by no means stocked to have surplus off the shelves and there were a bunch of them in the freezer, you could see them but couldn't get them. I wouldn't be surprised if they did have them but he didn't want to go & look. Pretty disappointed to be honest.

We had to change pharmacies due to insurance reasons....we chose Rite Aid so we can treat ourselves to a Thrifty Ice Cream cone when picking up our monthly prescriptions. When you enter Rite Aid the front staff greets you out loud, it's always nice to be recognized. Getting an ice cream cone always reminds us of happy times as a child. We are always excited to see the newest items in the Seasonal Isle. Unfortunately, the staff at the pharmacy ruined the experience for us every time. We have said "oh she's / he's having a bad day" too many times. We switched pharmacies....sorry Rite Aid you will continue to loose customers if the customer service does not improve in the pharmacy.

This pharmacy is terrible. Don't say it's open at 8am when the pharmacist strolls on at 8:10. No apology or thanks for waiting. The customer service is awful. I've been here 3 times and it's been unpleasant each time. Definitely changing.

I was picking up a prescription, and I went here instead to my usual place at the Walmart further down the street. I wouldn't say the Walmart was great they have messed up my prescription before. However, the few times I got a consul with the pharmacist on hand they were informative and friendly. That was not my experience with the pharmacist here. I wanted to make sure the medication was correct so I ask what it cured. The pharmacist told me in a very annoyed tone. Then I wanted to ask how to take the medication and all they said was read the instructions.....all it says is 4 times a day, but I'd would of like to know if it was better to take it with some food or not, any issue I may want to know. I currently feel nausea when taking the medication, and I don't know if I was taking it wrong. I am needed to google search on additional Info on the medication because they didn't want to answer a quick question. Why go into the medical field without being willing to help people? I guess google can do your job.

VERY HELPFUL STAFF! They carry some products I couldn't find at local Walgreens & CVS. Tried 5 other places online (and in person) to get covid vax to no avail. I was quite frustrated but the kind patient assistant manager showed me how to get appointment. Thank you!

I work retail and know that it is a very demanding job but if you like it the hours go by fast and it never hurts to make someone enjoy coming to your store. I went into right aid today because it is ice cream weather but the lady at the counter was not very nice. She did not say a word and it was all in her body language and her mannerisms. I love the ice cream and so does my family & that is only reason I go in there. But now I understand why several consumers buy online because they dont have time for the BS that people go through on a daily in person in retail. So I remember when I use to go to thrifty my cone would be stuffed with ice cream so when I finished the top of it I still would have I cream to eat my cone with and this is what I got now. I don't remember how much we would pay for our ice cream cones but I know we pay a lot more now and the quality of service is horrible. They say we pay for what we get and that is why we go to Bruster or Baskin Robins because even though it's a little more than good old THRIFTY ice cream the quality and customer service is so much better. Sorry Rite Aid get it together because then you will be the next to go out of business.

Because my insurance contracted with Rite Aid I had to go to this particular store closest to my home as I don't drive. Their pharmacy closes very early on Sunday and closes at 11 PM five days a week. I found the staff to be rude and generally unpleasant. They are very slow on processing my prescription when I've already ordered it. I have the Rite Aid app so I can check to see if it is ready for me to pick up or have a delivered. I have been told that if I called before 9 AM I could have my prescription delivered to my home at no charge. When I have called 15 minutes before the 9 AM cut off I am told that they've already got the orders ready to go out and they could not deliver it that day. I was annoyed. I asked to have a delivered the next day and was told that they would take care of that. The next day I waited until 11 AM and had not had my prescription delivered so I called the Rite Aid. I spoke to the person that I had talked to the day before who had said she would make sure it got delivered the next day and she said that they had gotten busy and she forgot. This is not how a pharmacy should be run. I have contacted my insurance company and file a formal complaint with them and I'm in hopes that the insurance company will contract once again with Walgreens who know how to treat their customers properly and professionally!!
