“I came to buy some shoes on a Tuesday afternoon and these 2 girls that I forgot their names and even asked their names lol. But they helped me really good. One asked if I needed help and asked what I was looking for. I said dark colors is what I like. She said got it, and brought me 2 pairs the where really cool. I choose one went to the register. They got me good deals. I got 2 pairs of shoes, a cleaning kit, and some new laces for $120. Those girls did a good job with customer service. I really felt good energy from them.”
“I went in to get mesured and was only able to make it when the store was about to close on Tuesday. The ladies were still very kind and easy to talk to. I'm definitely getting more Torrid bras !”
“Wonderful collaboration of over 20 businesses mostly local / women owned. Great for finding gifts, reasonable clothes, baked goods, statement pieces, Jewelry, things for avid readers etc.

People who genuinely care about their customers is hard to find, and when you’re not necessarily shopping with them it’s even harder. “I've gone to many different Hurley locations, however this location exceeds my expectations. As soon as I enter the store I am immediately greeted with acknowledgment and a smile. Staff is very helpful, Jackie and Riley specifically. I was looking for a couple shirts but they advised me of a current deal they have when you buy a head to toe bundle! Low prices, great product, would definitely recommend the Hurley brand but specifically this location in orange!”

“Everytime I come into this store the manager Scout always helps me out. She is so professional, sweet, and helpful. I've been to the other Nectar locations, but this one has the top customer service. If you see this Scout, thank you so much for always being so amazing to me! “Lovely place for shopping for South Park merch!! They also had a pretty cool adventure time graphic tee! Greeting person and cashiers were really nice :3!1!1! Very crowded most of the time since there’s not really that much space to walk around and in the store as well as usually getting trapped in a corner for a minute or so. The adult toys we’re really too close to the cash registers and I was worried my dad would see them :/ BUT OVERALL NICE PLACE TO SHOP AT!!”
“My wife and I had a good experience when we visited this Hollister store. When we walked in, a worker greeted us and asked if we have any questions. I told her no and that we were just browsing. My wife look at a couple of things but in the end she didn't buy anything because nothing stands out. I don't shop at Hollister, so going into this store was just for my wife. Everything was nicely organized and when someone take a clothing to see the fit or etc, a worker would come and fold back the clothes if they didn't put it back correctly.”
“I come here when I need well-made shoes that are going to last a long time. With that said, I don't come here very often. Today, I went looking for boots. And I was not disappointed. I found two styles that were really nice. I was the only one in the store and the staff there was very accommodating. They checked my foot size. They assisted with putting the shoes on and off. They went into the back and got the right size for me and were able to order the correct size and color of style that I wanted. I find their customer service excellent. I know others here have said the staff has been rude. I did not have that experience.”

“I took my wife here this morning right when they open since I was in the area for work. The moment we walked in, a worker greeted us and asked if we needed any help. This wasn't our first time in the store so I told her we didn't because my wife knew where everything was. While she was shopping, I was just looking at watches to burn time and the worker asked if I wanted to try on any watches. My wife went to try on a shirt in the fitting room and then decided that she wanted to me to get it for her. Going through the checkout was easy, they don't use the credit card scanner anymore but used a wireless tablet or phone to complete the transaction. They had a lot of merch here and the store is well organized.”

“21 years ago I started my life again with this place. I was young and had a baby girl sleeping at the Motel 6 in Stanton because I decided to finally leave an abusive relationship. I went to the home that they had for myself and my daughter. They picked us up from the motel and took care of us. 21 years later, my daughter is now in Veterinary school and I'm staying here again, at the very same Motel in the very same room,to remind myself it's very hard to leave abuse but it can be done. I'm so proud of my daughter and so very grateful to The Sheepfold and Ms, Darlene and Ms. Mary Kate for dancing with her in the kitchen when we were there. And I still watch Veggie Tales because of being there too. They saved not only my life but my daughters. ❤️”
“I took my wife and her mom to the Outlet, my wife loves the lucky brand so she wanted to visit the store. The store is small so just be aware of that and they don't really have a dressing room. They just have this room with just a curtain for privacy so I would say that's the only bad thing if you're going to try out jeans. They had some clearance items and also some sales throughout the store so you'll just have to look around. My wife and her mom found some jeans that they like so they decided to purchase them.”
“We drive an hour to shop at this location. We have a good relationship with some of the staff that have helped us over the years. They have provided excellent customer service except for Nancy. She always fails to provide the true meaning of customer service.
I am going to share my experience tonight. I came in and shopped at the 75% off rack. I took a few pieces to the register to have a nice young Asian lady give me purchase prices. Then I took them to the dressing and chose a sweater to purchase. Nancy helped us at the register. She ripped off the 75% off sale sticker, said out loud to the other cashiers it was not on sale. It was a total embarrassment. My husband was going to purchase it anyway but I was so upset at Nancy that we just left out of sheer embarrassment. We have spent so much money at this store. With her attitude, unfriendly face, never going above and beyond to help out a customer she is going to cost the company to lose customers. We decided to go to Gavin the manager and explain what happened. He listened, and without hesitation he honored the sale ticket. He knows the true meaning of excellent customer. He kept a customer for the company. I never ever want Nancy to assist us again! Thank you again Gavin.”
