I use 7-Eleven's all the time so I thought wow this isn't a weird place I'll check this one out I wanted to buy some Red Bull as I went to buy it I noticed a sign to 16 oz Red bulls for $8 but when I went to the counter and put in my phone number it said $1 off it brought it up to $9.56. I told him the sign says $8 for two 16 oz plus I got a dollar off coupon for using my phone number be very careful because they won't charge you the right price and he sneakingly didn't want me to pay for that price because right after my card was declined on two different cards and he had this machine in his hand said 7-Eleven on it and he kept punching in something on it and right after my card was declined two different cards which have plenty of money on. Then I said what should we do oh cash only I didn't have cash then on the other there's another machine I said can we use that one as he's ringing it up I could see him looking at another guy in the background another worker and he's making weird eye movements towards them another guy's on his cell phone doing something and I put in my credit card again it's $8 he didn't even ring it up right it just said $8 even and it sat there and said waiting waiting waiting I sits away is this not working and then he picked up that tablet again and all the sudden it's a declined and the thing ended. This was the shadeat store I've ever been to I'm very computer savvy I'm not a stupid person between the looks and messing with that device it look like a handheld register I just can't believe the steps they took for me not to get the $8 deal that was on there and trying to charge me way more than what it should have been charged in the first place.

I went to grab a gallon of milk, when I reached over to do so a dog that was tied to a desk near the milk barked. The cashier yelled across the store "DONT TOUCH THAT DOG" Then I was waiting in line she proceeded to help the 3 people behind me, all the while taking her time, she finally started to help me, rolled her eyes and helped the lady in back of me I have spent a lot of money at this store. Now I my daughter,son,and entire family won't be ever coming back. How RUDE CAN ONE OLD LADY BE FOR NO REASON? I OWN MY store and would fire her on the spot.SHOULDNT HAVE A DOG IN THE STORE IF ITS GOING TO BARK AT THE CUSTOMERS.also will be contacting corporate to follow up on the this rude person.

Got a Doordash Order from this store, Came in to pick it up, Worker first said "this order is not ready" worker put the order on the side and didn't do anything with the order, wasted too much of my time then threw the order at me disrespectfully then said "take it".

I go to this 7-Eleven and I buy Icee there quite often with my brother im 15 years old and the cashier didnt give me the change until I asked him to give me my receipt giving me the impression of him snuggling change for himself and not giving it to me (the custumer).Otherwise I love this 7-11 it is really great
