Impressed & Confident
As someone who owns a business and spends a lot on mechanic work, it takes a lot to impress me — but Autocraft did. They’re insanely detailed, professional, and thorough across the board.
After seeing how they handle things, I’m fully confident sending my trucks out of their shop. It’s rare to find that level of care and consistency these days. Solid team — highly recommend.

My other half went to have retires rotated and they said her coolant was empty they ran and charged her for a pressure check and said that the head was leaking. They don't do that work and they she probably should sell the car! So I took it to AutoCraft when I got home and he said he was going to charge $185 for and analysis. Which when he called at the end of the day and said come pick her up there's absolutely nothing wrong with it and only charge $99. I'm very happy I've just had them do some work on my little HHR panel there was a disagreement between them and the transmission place. autocraft was rite. 👍
I told him I'll be back to have him change the filter and fluid in my transmission thank you very much

I can not say enough good about Ron, Dave, and the rest of the crew at Autocraft in Orangevale. They’ve helped us many times over the years and we have always found them to be very honest, fair, and upfront…..a rarity in the auto repair industry these days. If you find yourself in need of some auto repair and live anywhere near the Orangevale CA area….consider yourself lucky.

Autocraft made the necessary repairs on our old 94 Jeep, so we could pass smog and keep her on the road! We are very happy we chose this company for our auto repairs. They have earned our business!

These people I wouldn't take my vehicle to ever I warn you people to not to because they have Dave from Folsom auto services that basically I wouldn't let my own friends and family to to or tell about because I thought this shop would be good but to find out that they have the same person from both shops makes me not trust shops like I used to hope this helps someone I will say that if someone tells you something that you feel isn't truthful like you have a bad engine when it might be a flexplate or something else I would go with my gut feeling make sure to ask questions and make sure price and parts are high quality for the price don't cheap out when its your transportation just be for warned ok about these kinds of shops like this one

My regular oil change shop shut down and I was looking for a new place. I found Autocraft through Yelp and gave them a call. They were able to squeeze me in between appointments that day and get the job done while I waited. They seemed very professional and were gracious. They are a full stop shop. One of the guys even held the door open for me. I think I was there for no more than a half hour! Thank you Autocraft! You've got my business! I highly recommend!
