5 stars. Thank you, Dave. My experience at his lot was great. Dave was very easy to communicate with, whether it was through text, phone call, or in person. Hit a little snag with a loan I was approved for from my bank, but he was accomodating, and we were able to make arrangements to make the deal happen. Very happy with the customer service, and of course, my new ride!

Odd conversation. Called to just ask a quick question if the truck had a bench seat or not and immediately I get told “Toyotas are selling way over markup right now. All I gotta do is throw a picture up on the website and it’s gone.” uhhh ok thanks for the help. Odd.

Best experience to date on my new car purchase! Dave was very patient with me and told me he could get financing no problem! Has hesitant as I was he stayed with me walked me through all my options and kept me grounded and informed!! Apart from the sale itself Dave talked to me like another human and not just a salesman!! If you want an easy experience with someone who actually cares come see Dave! You don’t stay in business for over 20 years without amazing customer service!! I don't usually leave 5 stars but since we drove from Redding to Orangevale, it's about a three hour drive. This place is wonderful..there is NO PRESSURE, all of the cars on the lot were very well maintained. In the hunt for the perfect car, and I have done A LOT of research because at my age this car will need to last as long as possible..I want to get the best/most bang for my buck..my search after MONTHS led me here and there is absolutely NO REGRETS!!!

My mother and I had been searching for cars online for about a month before we were recommended to go look at Autosense here in Orangevale. Dave was a great help to us while looking at vehicles and had a great selection of used vehicles right in our price range and good quality too! I really liked coming here because Dave made the experience nice and relaxed, I never felt pressured into buying. Not only that, he had a mistake on the sticker price that didn’t match his online price by $1000 dollars and Honored it! Oh and he gives out free chocolates his wife’s makes with every purchase.. to die for. Can’t really say much more. It was a pleasure doing business with you Dave. Thanks!
