Needed a belt for my RV came in and was helped by Zack s. Naomi. Orangevale store. We could not figure out the length of my belt, but they helped me and brought out every single one until we found the perfect one.a++++. Best service I ever got now I can go camping tomorrow with my kids

I was having battery issues and came into my local Autozone. Ryan Gilbert was very helpful and checked battery. He confirmed that my battery was going bad and that my battery was still under warranty. He then proceeded to help me change my battery. Thank you Ryan.

The AutoZone worker was super helpful. It was about 8 PM at night. I’m sure he was tired. He had time to help like five people in the store still came outside and help me find where my potential problem is coming from refunded me for the part I didn’t needand got me on my way in no time

I came in 5 minutes before they closed and was expecting to be turned away. I needed a belt, but didn't know the exact size so Naomi brought out like 8 different belts and let me pick which one I thought I needed for my sewing machine motor. Very helpful and went above and beyond. Zach was very helpful as well. Highly Recommend!

Worst customer service ever.
Called. Could find the part number.
Said could help.
They hire some of the worse reps possibly. Couldn't help. Call another auto zone. Confirmed they had the part. Called back. Said there was nobody qualified to look up the part and help
Zero stars. Kept hanging up after I asked for a manager.

The AutoZone on Greenback in Orangevale declined to accept used antifreeze/coolant as alleged on their AutoZone website.

Needed to use an obd reader. Very helpful and friendly. It was nice that they went over the results with me without me even having to ask. Smaller store but great service.
